4An absolute rip off! Do not home here it’s not worth spending so much money.
Took two packages this morning in the pouring rain to return. The employee who “helped” me was incredible rude and pushy. She berated me for not having the label and rudely cut me off when I told her I have the Amazon code. She walked away then said “ you have it yet? Oh, you need another code! ” While I was retrieving it! The whole thing took less than five minutes but, Really, you can can be courteous, smile or even listen first….
I always return Amazon packages on this location, staff are always patient and have a sense of urgency. I appreciate their service greatly.
Parking is a challenge, and that is being kind. The UPS Store itself was not bad, but not real personable service. Still it was accommodating. Not super busy. Not a bad place to drop packages.
