8Don’t even bother going here they charge you to tape up your package and they are so rude about it too. They will up sell you on tape. Don’t bother just go down the street to postal annex they have much better service and don’t charge for tape
They will do anything, at this location, to not help you. Was told I had to tape up my own box for a Zappos return. Never, at any other UPS Store location have they not been willing to help with tape, of all things. AVOID THIS LOCATION LIKE THE PLAGUE! Older lady with the “funky” haircut and glasses, is incredibly rude.
Friendliest UPS I’ve ever visited! For amazon returns take note if you need to package the item yourself or not. It’s noted on the QR code
Poor customer service. If they don’t understand how to use their printing software they asks customers to do it. Hello? I’m paying you for a service, not for me to do it myself.
Just sharing an experience: And I quote "there is no guarantee" of on time delivery once you paid for the service. And that at some point the local store will be quite unhelpful.
Elaboration: Shipped an international overnight package to Calgary Canada. The package stuck at custom in Canada, pending assignment of a broker. Now I did not receive any notification of the promised delivery will not happen, which has incurred costs to me. The gist is that I paid for international expedited shipping cost, paid for duty and still received fines from due to failure of promised delivery.
The only explanation from this local UPS store is that "This is not a guaranteed shipment" and that "We are not responsible [. ]"
Edit: To be fair. When the shipment was made at the store. I was assured that whichever customer filing options i choose "wouldn't make a difference". Therefore it was indicated as a "return item". The recommendation made no sense, as returned item means I'm returning a product previously purchased. Make sure you know what you're getting yourself into. It is your sole responsibility to make sure UPS's recommendations is sound.
Dropped by in the morning and was assisted by Dana and Huy and they did an excellent job helping me ship my renewal passport. They were quick to give me different options and advised me to go for the cheapest yet fastest delivery method. Thank you!

This location closed before the posted time of 6: 30pm.
I understand I was cutting it close at 6: 24pm, but six minutes is plenty of time to get a package.
With the OPEN sign still illuminated but the door locked and no employee around, I was extremely disappointed that they closed before their posted closing hours. I’m not asking to stay past hours or receive special treatment; just stay open when you advertise when you’re open.
