The UPS Store reviews
20A massive SCAM. Was overcharged for something that is already pre-paid. Shame on UPS for not shutting this place down.
I arrived at 9: 20 am, no one is there. The door is locked? ! And there is no notice or anything on the door. Horrible service.
Dropped off an Amazon return here. The tracking number isn't in UPS's system. When I called, they said too bad, can't help you.
If only I can give 0 stars. The Indian woman so rude and unreasonable. Go to a different ups store and save yourself some time
Have been going to this store for years and have always received excellent service and have never had a problem with my packages arriving safely. They are a very busy but efficient store. On our last visit, a very unreasonable and belligerent customer came in, and even though he was being very disrespectful, he was treated calmly and with respect. Would highly recommend this UPS store.
Alot of bad reviews here, I've never had a bad interaction with the 2 people who run this store. And in a world wehre everyone has boxes from amazon, I wasn't mad when they overcharged me for boxes, that's my own damn fault for not saving boxes for shipping things.
I don't agree with the 1-star reviews. I never experienced or witnessed poor or unfair service. Are the owners smiling from ear-to-ear, every minute of the day? No, but they're super consistent; always there (ALWAYS) and efficient (when customers are prepared).
Money grabbing. Not helpful. Better off going to a ups customer service center and not this "store".
This shop is run by the World's angriest couple. I hate going here because they yell at customers and each other. Now they are also scammers. Charged me $31 for a box to return a canvas cloth -that came in a bag. Didn't even put it in a box just threw it on the pile of Amazon returns. Never again.
The lady that works in there is very kind. Every time I go there, she helps me very patiently with everything I need. And she always has a smile on her face. That’s definitely my favorite UPS store, and honestly the only one I go.
My wife and I have been using this store for the last twenty years.
The husband and wife owners are always a pleasure to deal with and will go above and beyond to help.
Thank you for your great service over the years.
Sean.
Old man has terrible customer service. Came to drop off a Amazon return and he tried to charge me to use a piece of tape. No other UPS store has ever asked me to pay for a piece of tape. No wonder this UPS location has terrible reviews!
Read the negative reviews before you go! Terrible Experience, worst UPS Store. Do not go there. The employee is rude and doesn’t care.
UPS headquarter needs to investigate this location because it is hurting the brand.
Title: Terrible Experience at UPS Store
1. Unfriendly Staff: The employees at the UPS Store were incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful. They lacked basic customer service skills and seemed disinterested in assisting me.
2. Unreasonable Charge: Charging customers a fee for taping a amazon box is an unreasonable and unnecessary expense. It is a basic service that should be provided as part of their shipping offerings without any additional cost. This is the only UPS store that they charge you 2 dollar for taping the box!
UPS headquarter need to investigate that case @ 723 Camino plaza, San Bruno UPS Store as soon as possible.
This place is a SCAM. I had some issues with the fingerprinting services at USPS and so had to get my prints done here. That part went smoothly (hopefully they were done accurately and I can get my background check), but when it came time to mail them the woman tried to haggle with me on the price. It was 5: 30 pm and I was flying out that night—I didn’t have time to drop them at the PO where it would have inevitably cost me under $8 to mail a single document in an envelope to the east coast. This woman tried to charge me $99. When I balked at this she reminded me of what I spent on the prints and tried to convince me I needed to spend a lot on shipping as well. She came down to $67 then to $54 then to $45. It felt like I was at a flea market. I didn’t need a rush on the form or any special services. Eventually she barked $23 and said that was the lowest. I was in a bind so I paid it, but left feeling very unsettled. I should say the man was very nice to me and quite gentle. I appreciated him. But being asked to spend $100 to mail a single document should literally be criminal. What the hell kind of business are these people running? To add insult to injury, the woman received a personal package from Zara while I was paying lol. No doubt spending the money from her grift on some new fits. Ridiculous.
Terrible service. Lied to me multiple times about the print orders. Witnessed throwing peoples packages on the ground. Avoid at all costs
I don’t usually leave reviews but this place is a total scam - very rude customer service and they over charge. Go to a different location!
NO STAR for this UPS and 2 Indian employee. They charged me $55 for the express envelope only and some photocopies. Total of $95 just for the envelope and photocopies and one notary.
The next day I came back because they print my passport wrongly so they printed new one. The lady didn't understand what I'm saying. They charged me again $26 for 10-15pages only. She asked me if I need the receipt I said yes then she said she will give me discounts instead of $26 she wants me to pay $23. I don't know what's going on in this store.
Disaster. I was asked to have a printout of the Return Authorization Slip which other UPS stores usually scan. And I was asked to put the fitness watch in bubble wrap and packaging ALTHOUGH it was intact in its ORIGINAL packing as received by seller through Amazon. I ended up paying U$D 13.49 to ship back an item that was $32 worth. I felt it was a rip off and a lousy service. I was told that no other UPS stores in south San Francisco has the service of simple drop off with the RAS. This is a lie.
Trash service, I don't know if this both woman and man are mad with life but everytime I came to ask something they are rude and disrespectful. If you have the option to go anywhere else go and don't come here.
