6Seems to be a continuous issue with their “printing services machines being down”. Why should I or any customer have to pay 3.50 to log-in on their computers to print when the printing service was already ordered online. (24hrs in advanced). If your system is down then the STORE should cover the cost of using the computers, as it is NOT our fault. It’s completely dumb, and the manager (franchise) needs to consider
The employee Alex who was helping me was really sweet and was trying to help me figure something out, it’s the owner who is absolutely rude I will never be going back to this location knowing the owner of it is this way
Psychotic employee pressing hella hard on fingers for live scan…relax. Under trained goons here. I was filling out form then he said he could do it for me then took my paperwork super mad then said I missed filling out some info with some disgust in his eyes. I was trying to fill it out before rudely interrupted by him. Clown status.
I just had a great experience. I needed a label printed and something returned and the employee, Bakeri was so kind and helpful! There was another customer in the store who would not stop talking to him about money and drives and all kinds of nonsense and he stayed focused and patient. And he even handled that other patron with kindness and patience. He deserves all the raises!
Slow, slow, slow, if one person is in the store they are overwhelmed. Never use this location if you value your sanity.
I went to return a small package to Amazon. I had the plastic bag stapled and they said UPS can’t accept it unless it was taped. They can tape it for $1.50? !? I said I can’t pay that for a piece of tape and walked out. Business must be Great if they can charge 1.50 for a piece of tape.
