The UPS Store reviews
9It’s crazy that they only have one employee working here in the morning. I came to get something notarized and had to wait a while because the line was so long due to so many people shipping stuff. The guy at the registry was helpful, but I just can’t understand how they only have one person.
I had just landed in USA and needed to post a package in USA. I had already printed my own label on A4 paper but the guy in the store quickly and efficiently created a UPS label in a few minutes. Much easier process and USPS and reasonable shipping price too.
One of the worst UPS in LA. Long lines, terrible attitudes. Go to the MDR ups for great service!
Employee claimed they cannot process any transaction without a phone number. This employee, who said his name was "Francis", didn't ask for any government ID which I understand is the actual UPS policy. If a phone number is actually required, then this is discriminatory against low-income families.
This place is very close to my house so I go there often. The staff is very polite and nice always, I can't say they are the fastest but they are not slow either. I always find parking. Amazon returns are fast and easy. Yes there is a line sometimes but the store is in the middle of very busy point of the Culver and not a big store so a bit logic says thats normal.
Alex made the Amazon return so easier for me! I really love him taking care of everything with high professionalism.
WE WENT TO THIS STORE IN PERSON TO HAVE OUR 2 SNOWBOARD BAGS SHIP FROM HERE TO COLORADO. IT HAS BEEN 40 DAYS, ONLY ONE BAG GOT DELIVERED AND THE OTHER DID NOT ARRIVE UNTIL NOW. THEY CLOSED THE INVESTIGATION BECAUSE THE STORE IS SO UNINTERESTED IN RESOLVING THE ISSUE. WE CALLED THEM MULTIPLE TIMES; WE EVEN USE DIFFERENT NUMBERS, BUT NO ONE ANSWERS.
WE ALSO CALLED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE OF UPS, BUT THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE ANY SOULUTION INSTEAD THEY JUST PASS ME AROUND. THEY TOLD ME TO FILE A CLAIM WHICH I DID, UNFORTUNATELY THEIR WEBSITE WON'T LET ME SUBMIT IT! I'M IN DESPERATE NEED OF HELP TO PLEASE LOCATE MY MISSING BAG AND HAVE IT DELIVER TO ME.
Apparently this isn’t a real UPS store. They can’t print return shipping labels and they always run out of packing material.
I don’t know why I bother coming here, they always have an excuse for why they can’t do a standard UPS service.

You can start by stocking your store with the necessary supplies to provide basic UPS services. You aren't providing world-class anything. You're not even the best UPS in a 1 mile radius.
Literally never go to this UPS - all love to the ppl who work there but I’ve been there 3-5 times over the last couple years and they charge $10-20 more than other locations for the exact same services and pretend they can’t do very simple things like offer shipping labels without new, more expensive boxes/envelopes. It’s super random and annoying! I’m like is this a front? Like?
