If you're shipping anything of value declare that with a supervisor or manager! My personal items were stolen and replaced by bottles of water taped together. Bums! I think it was the Latina woman who scanned my package in. Will be reporting this to corporate! NEVER USING UPS AGAIN! WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD!

Came here to open a mailbox, and the female worker made several typos on the official application. Another worker, a chubby man with a beard and pony tail, was rude when I called back 2 times to fix even more mistakes. This is the same man from a review left here 1 month ago by another person. He lacks customer service skills, professionalism, express laziness, and is clearly miserable with his life. He should be fired at all costs because he is the worst UPS worker I’ve ever encountered.

Have always been a UPS loyal customer and this particular store really don’t deserve the name. I just dropped off two packages and the guy shows no respect and didn’t bother to say a word despite I tried to be polite. He shows no interest to other customers waiting to be helped and it seems that he only cares about his own business.

Cannot expect so good service from this store.
Highly recommend, fast response, nice smile and happy to help attitude. Nowadays we need this kind of service.

I've return Amazon item here, box was opened they change for tape it up for $6. Another time, also Amazon item for return they change me $2.75 for print a return lebel. Really Unhappy for this service.

Shoutout to Jessica for being very helpful during my visit at this store. I was very confused on how the shipping process worked but she helped explain every step and was very kind. I will definitely be returning to this location for all my shipping needs.

Mo, who discriminates against Chinese people. The young guys are not polite at all. I don't know if they are so beautiful and rude, or if they are particularly rude to Asians. Anyway, the service here is really bad. Extremely bad customer service at this location. The workers appear lazy and hates their job, and they let their emotions get a hold of them by providing disgusting customer service to us. I do understand that it's just a job and they're not the owner of the business, but that doesn't mean you should treat people badly. Overall, the location is 1/5 and I will never come back to this location. I'm more than happy to drop off at another UPS location. It's all the same to me anyway.

On April 18th, 2023, my mother stopped by this particular store. The gentleman who works there was completely disinterested in assisting her. He seemed lost or confused, with an uncaring demeanor. My mom attempted to get assistance from the worker for several minutes, before finally giving up without completing her task. This is not the first time this has happened at this particular store.

My experience was not bad. But while I was there I noticed they can use a helper, for the big packages that customers bring in. Helper can also keep the store clean, keep paper loaded, ink loaded etc. There's a paper sign that states "Claim your bluetooth wireless speaker Prize by March of 2016". We're in the year 2023 now. Negligence red flags heavy right there.

Want to shout for Oscar that worked today. Extremely friendly and professional. Greatest customer service that I had ever seen. USPS is way much better than FedEx. Definitely will come back for further shipments.

So, I’ve stopped by your store 3/4 times now to simply get a document notarized. These visits have been mid day, during my lunch break. I read the many comments listed. In particular, I am yet to be greeted At All! There usually three employees. None of which have ever greeted me or make me feel welcome. Todays visit, the gentleman who notarizes documents was more interested in discussing what to order for lunch (not making an issue of contemplating ordering lunch) then to greet me and or acknowledged I was standing in front of him. I’m in the retail industry as such, I take good care of all my customers. I am grateful because thanks to the many customers that go through our doors, I can support my family and contribute to society in general. Luckily, I can take my business elsewhere. I’ve never felt welcomed at your store.

Incredibly rude kid working there with a Cloud 9 sweater. I tried to mail out a parcel that had instructions to take it to a UPS store and instead of assisting, the kid gave me the worst attitude and said they couldn’t mail it out. He needs to spend less time raging on the computer and more time on his people skills. Can’t believe they hire people like this.

I ALWAYS come here for anything package related.there are times when it gets busy but i’ve never waited for more than 7minutes.today MARIA was so helpful.i had an issue with a code and she tried her best to figure out if she can cancel it and redo.she suggested Great advice and was able to help me complete the process.i didn’t feel rushed or like i was a bother at no time.i apologized for my inconvenience and she said no worries (: as someone with diagnosed anxiety, her attitude was comforting.thanks.i also overheard her speaking w an employee that she wanted to work more hours at this and another ups location which shows she’s a hard dedicated worker! Very young and not lazy

Some guy staff here are so rude and not helpful at all. They just don’t care about how you feel, insolent to customers, always making you wait. Giving you a careless look/attitude that a customer never expects to get.
