8The store is ownership. Faraz cares about his customers, goes the extra mile, and is very kind. The store previous was not ran well but has made a drastic turn for the better. If you are in Lincoln come by and ship with confidence. They have notary on staff. GreT store. 10 stars
If your services are advertised to do notaries then it should be available. I’d suggest having a backup notary instead of one that is out for days.
I guess this location thinks it’s acceptable to laugh and bully customers? After being rudely asked to put my Amazon returns on the scale (never had to before) I said thanks, the old guy said have a good day. I kept walking as I was uncomfortable after the whole intersection. Two steps before I’m out the door he yells ‘ you’re welcome ‘ and the other old lady laughed out loud. An 80 something year old man against a 20 something year old woman? I don’t feel comfortable returning back to this store.
While preparing the company credit card expense report this month. I noticed my receipt from the UPS store, stated I received $10 cash back. This is not true. I never received any cash back, nor would I ask for cash back on a company credit card. I purchased a couple 20x20x12 boxes, a $5 roll of tape and a $10 roll of bubble wrap.
The guy rang me up for $20 and it showed $10 cash back.
Great service Christian and Faraz were amazing. Disregard previous bad reviews from the old owner this place under way better management now. Helped me through everything step for step.
Lost my package (it never left the store) on October3.2022. I have reached out multiple times via email, in person and phone to process my claim for the lost item. As of May 13.2023 I still cannot get a response. The last time Kiran responded was back in December.
The old white man with the glasses has a SERIOUS attitude problem. Literally YELLED at my husband because he was trying to pull up a shipping label. Someone needs to have a conversation with this man to give him an attitude adjustment
Today I returned an Amazon purchase. Amazon quoted $1.00 to print email. On the wall in tiny print it states $2.00. I showed female clerk Amazon’s price on my cell phone. She told me to take my business elsewhere! This was about one dollar. She was rude and callous. I will take my business elsewhere.
