I have been coming here for my Amazon returns for the past could of years. Always a good experience, helpful and quick.

Did a bed bath and beyond return dropoff here, service was quick and fast for a Sunday morning.

I absolutely dread going to this location. The process of doing anything here is unbelievably slow. Returning packages and sending things out is awful… hopefully they hire more people because waiting in line for 25 minutes on a Tuesday morning is sad.

The personnel are amiable, displaying prompt and effective service within a well-maintained and orderly establishment.

Mike’s my boy, always getting the people in and out quickly. Efficient staff and nice attitude.

I had a package to ship this week and a girl named Karina had really good customer service skills. She was so nice and helpful, and I really wanna say thank you to her because she makes my day better.

Awful customer service had important box this and get there was no boxes on display the person at the counter made me waiting a long line to get the box making it impossible to wait in the line again a ship the box after packing it

So rude. Employees charged me a dollar to print a UPS label. Then they laughed at me cause it was only a dollar and i had the audacity to complain. I would like to find out who the owner is so I could speak about my experience with the manager and her side kick. That is no way to treat someone. Furthermore it should have been disclosed beforehand that it would be a charge. Whatever it may be. Classless location.

I’ve been going here for an over a year and the team has been amazing at pretty much every task and every ship I’ve thrown at them. Huge shoutout to Nina who always went above and beyond for me when shopping delicate computer parts!

SO helpful putting me at ease & taking every detail into account then just owning it. I was so tired & grateful I wish I knew his name? !
