DONT GET NOTARIZED BY SARA. She wouldn’t notarize my form instead said she could attach another one but she didn’t even know which one to do.charged me $15 for nothing now i have to do it all over again by someone who knows what their doing.and exactly what happened, my form was perfectly fine and now it’s notarized.
