Go here about once a week, Sometimes more returning mainly my Amazon packages. Everyone is very friendly. They always give me a return label. I've been to other stores where I've been rushed and they get annoyed when I want a return label. This ups store is very trustworthy.

Big shoutout for friendly staff today, I had an amazon return (last day). I also made mistake of selecting wrong options for the return which needed item to be packed ahead of time.
I was upset cz i dint read all the instructions and item was not packed + i was in rush but the lady working in this store patently explained a workaround.
She walked me through the amazon app and i was able to return item without packing it. She went above and beyond to help me when i am not even buying anything from the store.guess what? When i need to ship something i am going straight to THIS ups store.

Owners Maulik (Miki) and Ami along with Ruchir and Sara have long made a strong professional team. I have long picked-up parcels for my sweetheart Mary Anne here. There is little-or-no waiting. We had to ship 20 Mid size moving boxes. We went to Fedex next door first, they made go in circles and sub par communication. We called this store and Mikey (manger) at the store was very prompt and helpful. He stayed few mins extra to help create labels and ship our boxes. A job well done.
