The UPS Store, Oceanside CA

The staff at this location are amazing! In the wake of a family emergency, I had to ship out numerous large and heavy items and boxes. I was treated with care, kindness, and so much understanding. All during the days leading up to Christmas!

Annette in particular was a shining star, and went above and beyond with helping to sort and pack the nine family heirloom framed pictures/paintings I brought in. I was at a complete loss on what to do, and Annette gave such wonderful guidance and when I opted for the store to do the packing she treated every item with such care. Her compassion spoke volumes about herself and the wonderful people working at this store.

My favorite UPS store location because the employees are fantastic! But BRYCE is one of the most OUTSTANDING UPS Employees I’ve ever encountered- in fact, he’s clearly just an outstanding individual, who had a great work ethic and an even better attitude! This review has been a long-time coming because I’ve been frequenting this UPS store location for 2 years now, mostly because Bryce is top-notch and always greets me with a smile and is so patient and attentive, even when the line is out the door and it’s super busy! His consistent kindness and positive attitude truly stands out in a culture where people don’t seem to care about courteous & attentive customer service anymore!

Just to speak volumes about the exceptional person Bryce is: When I asked for his name to write this review, He wrote down his & his coworkers name: Annette! And Annette is awesome too, don’t get me wrong, but the fact that Bryce was watching out for Annette when I was only concerned with elevating him, shows his commitment to his team and to put others first! Wow! A rare gem! Give Bryce a well deserved pat on the back & a raise cuz Is he even human? ! ;)

Fast and friendly service, quick in and out- they keep those lines moving! Special thanks to Annette, who helped me out this morning.
Reasonable rates for shipping and printing, plenty of free parking, and late hours- open on Sunday too!

Isaac presier was extremely helpful and diligent and fast paced. Very friendly costumer service and efficient. Love going to this store!

Line out the door onto sidewalk, with on young 18 yo kid running the counter. Watched him awkwardly trying to use a tape gun on package for 5 min. Finally, when I got to front of line, one of the 3 other workers out back noticed the kid was underwater, and quickly took care of the line. Not blaming the kid, everyone has to learn.

Having said all this, they all seemed to treat the customers very well!

Bryce has been so helpful every time I have to come in. Staff has been unbelievably helpful and kind.

Excellent food and good service authentic Chinese and delicious. Excellent, lunch deal too. I would highly recommend it.

Greatest experience, seriously the Best UPS store I’ve ever been. They even treat kids with kindness by giving them kids stickers.

Gotta give this UPS location a 5-star. We use them consistently and always get treated well with friendly service. They get busy sometimes, but open a new register and move us along, but still remain friendly and extremely helpful.

The employees were helpful, polite, and pretty quick! Happy to have a good store like this to go to.

Outstanding service. I had to send multiple boxes filled with various items cross country. Annette & Bryce both helped me restructure my shipments and packed everything safely and securely.

Andrew and Isaac should really great customer service today. I love coming to this location where your employees are always very helpful.
