14Service quality, time & customer support is very good. All the employees are very friendly & informative. The store has almost every shipping or mailing related good quality envelops, stamps & products to send mails, different product items or documents to interstate, international & locally in good price. They also provide printing, shredding, Passport & photo ID supports. Convenient location & a very clean organised store.
Today I had to return something and I went in there and a man by the name of Justin helped me out right away he has amazing customer service answered all my questions point is I am very pleased and give that man a raise
Justin is a really nice guy. He was super friendly, easy to work with and made our trip easy. I would go out of my way to come back to this location because of him.
The most important reason for giving this rating is because of your employee, Justin. This was my second encounter with Justin and he was/is extremely kind and respectful. Justin has a very good attitude every time I go into the store. He makes the experience go smoothly and quickly. He always asks if there’s anything more I would like to get done and always greets and says to have a good day. Thank you Justin. Aside from this, this store is always clean and I get through the line quickly which I appreciate because I am always on the go.
I tried to return something from Amazon.
The guy was so rude! He was closing and you can tell he had an awful attitude. Don’t want to ever go there again.

For printing returning label at this store charged $4.26 without saying anything in advance. I could go back home, print it and come back. She didn't say anything about the fee to print shipment label from email. She just asked to send a email to store email when I said I didnt bring printed label for my returning package. When I Google for returning shipping label it said $0.5 to $1.25 and it should be free at the store.
I am not trying to be cheep but they should asked first if I was willing to pay $4.26 for a shipment label for returning items.

I am regular customer at UPS, on Barton road, Loma Linda. Excellent customer service, friendly and efficient staff. I come here for Amazon return, prints, mailing service and even notary service couple of times. They are always patient and helpful. Most impressive thing is their patience while helping elderly customers.
This store is highly unprofessional they have a new staff young and inexperienced that does not pay attention to detail. I was unaware that my PMB was terminated and according to their records so we’re they my key still opened the mailbox, and notices regarding making sure my address included my box number and letting me know about promotions in the store we’re still being put in the box in addition to someone else’s mail. I was completely unaware the mailbox was terminated and important mail was getting returned, key still works, no call, no email, no notice. It’s put me in a severe hardship with my creditors and I’m simply upset there has to be better way to inform clients besides a random call that’s it’s time to pay! Box was terminated in June however I did receive mail in July it’s 08/11/23 and I’m now fully aware. Paid for 6 months didn’t want to but it seemed like it would’ve be more trouble to really terminate.

Gave us a hard time when we showed up for appt. My uncle 90 yrs old. No one to translate and I couldn't translate. We had to reschedule for bilingual rep.
What a frustration.
