The UPS Store, Porterville CA

The female employee's there this evening when I tried to send out a package were rude, unhelpful and argumentative. This is not the first time that a female employee has been rude there. I hate going in there!

Very convenient to send packages, send mail and return amazon purchases. The workers are always very friendly and helpful

The customer support and service at this location is above and beyond, totally surpassing what I’ve experienced at any other UPS, USPS, or FedEx locations within the Porterville, Visalia, and Hanford areas.

I never go there anymore they charge me $5 for printing service fee, I just print only 1 page only. 25 cent, don’t go there if you print something, next time I go Office Depot it’s cheap

I've never had any issues with UPS. My deliveries have been all great. Staff members were nice and helpful. Didn't wait much time in line. The process went smoothly.

Charged me $6.57 to print 4 pages in black and white, ridiculous. $5 email fee is overpriced to the max, they used to charge $2.00 not so long ago for 20 pages and no $5 printing free. Save some money and go to Porterville Copy Center instead, would have been $1 with them.

The customer service is a 10 out of 10 and the person behind the counter was extremely nice and courteous. She was also very attentive and extremely knowledgeable.

They were super nice and really helpful im a tiny person so they helped me unload my package and bring it in very fast with service as well recommend 10 out 10

I have to print 20 pages from my email. I have my three (3) yo and my one (1) yo with me sleeping in the car. I called the store and Chris was so kind to do this service over the phone and print all pages, giving me the information where to send them and printing them all for me wild I was in the car with my kids sleeping.

As a mother having many things to do and having my kids w me. Most of times is complicated and finding someone like Chris to make our job easier, it is awesome and I am appreciated for doing it.

Thank you Chris. UPS should be glad having you as their employer.

Don't take your returns there because the employees never return the item they will keep the item an their rude:)

Good place to send merchandise to other places and countries, but you have to package, pass, and put in the name of the person to whom it is addressed. They still deliver packages that they send you and they are special trucks with the legend - UPS -
