The UPS Store, Fresno CA

This store is my to go store, very close to my place and most of the staff are always friendly and professional. Until lately, there is one comparable older lady with black shoulder-length hair maybe? Was so rude and unprofessional. Without greeting like “hi” or “bye”, she even touched my phone straightly without asking me to get the QR code, after scanning, she just tossed me the receipt without looking at me or talking to me at all. I’m wondering is she the daughter of the store owner or something, unless I don’t get why these kind of people can be hired in this store based on their good reputation of customer service.

The UPS store are always well organized and easy to do business, and every single visit of mine never took more than one minute it’s that simple

I have had nothing but good interactions at this store. I ship out items 2 or 3 times a week but I do package and label them myself. I have taken Amazon returns to this store numerous times without issue. The staff is always professional and polite. I recommend this store.

We drop off at this store at least 5 days a week and have used other services they offer. The staff is always helpful and accommodating.

Needed to mail something out UPS this morning. Stopped in at 9: 10am. Place was locked up. Waited until 9: 30 no one ever opened the place up. 6 other customers came and went as well. What a way to run a business. What the hell happened to this place? Used to be my go to place to mail out stuff. Guess I will just be using the other UPS store now. Darn shame as this location was super handy. I don’t have time to wait around for this nonsense.

Since Paola, the new owner, has taken over this place, it has gone to hell. I am not renewing my private box here. After years of doing business, here I am done. The staff is rude. They pretty much were trying to steal my package today. Acted like I was delusional telling me I had one package when I had two. They talked backed, rolled their eyes telling me nope, you only have one. Check your tracking that's the package I gave you! So I did check the box, which didn't match the tracking number I was looking for. Then I come back inside with them now having my packge. So tell me how one second it's not there and the next it appears. Take your money elsewhere this store can not be trusted, in my opinion.

We dropped off two apple iPad tablets for shipment for warranty at the same exact time, got tracking for both. It was right before their closing time on a Friday night and the female worker said they would package it and send it out… she was at first trying to charge for packaging but it is paid for by the company we are shipping to. She realized that and said oh okay, I guess we actually package it. She said it would go out the next day since it was closing time.: so here’s the thing. One tablet made it out and was received as it should’ve been UPS NEXT DAY AIR. The other package for SOME reason didn’t “leave” their location for 4 days! On top of that something had happened to it creating further damage and it had been in limbo ever since. It’s been 3 weeks now. I contacted the ups store and they have not gotten back to me. Not sure who owns this location or where their emails go, but no one has replied. No email no phone call.very unprofessional handling of product. My advice to anyone coming here DEFINITELY get your tracking numbers for own, and secondly make sure you watch them package it up before you leave the premises, they cannot be trusted. After reading reviews from multiple other people and their experiences over the past year- it seems like an ongoing issue that maybe the corporate Ups Needs to investigate further. I hope they get to the bottom of it and find who ever is at fault, will definitely be escalating my issue this is insane

The best neighborhood UPS store! All the staff is always very helpful. They are fast and efficient! I love the AAA discount. Continue! Thank you!

Love the staff. Our post office box is there and they are good about keeping us posted with arrivals.

Very bad customer service, my cousin and I tried to send packages and even though we had the labels the lady on the left side kept on talking trash that they are not basically making money that way, she kept on pushing and pushing to make us buy some of their products. Thanks God this is not the only store in fresno, so have fun with your boxes and tape B

I use this UPS store for my Amazon returns and to mail out packages I’ve sold online. I’ve never had an issue with anything, I enjoy coming and being welcomed with beautiful smiles. The young man working the counter is always so helpful and takes care of me right away.

Very horrible UPS store with the female employee who is very upset about little things. She has a period and she shouldn’t work there. She needs to leave asap that place one day she will explode

My causin went there and the girl who works there treated him like garbage when he wants to return stuff. Honestly she needs to chill or go home
