I was in a hurry and staff was extremely efficient and helpful! Got the service I needed asap!

Impressed with UPS customer service at this location! They went above and beyond to assist me. The representative was courteous, addressed my concerns promptly, and ensured a smooth resolution. Kudos for their excellent service – it made a difference!

Staff, Evelyn works fast while making everyone feel welcome. I told her you are working as fast as a Nurse.

I appreciate that I can do returns for accounts like ThreadUp and Comcast here at the UPS on Redwood. They seem to do a lot of them, are efficient and very familiar with the process. Very convenient to have in the neighborhood!

The second employee helped me with my Instant Passport Photo (which, I had no idea the UPS Store did that until I overheard another customer asking a question about the photo that was just taken). Granted, there is a large sign near the ceiling, but if you’re not seeking out a specific service… are you really looking to read all the signs in a store? !

And, the third employee was multi-tasking a return & asking me about how I was doing.

Great customer service! Great team! Visit them for your shipping & Instant Passport needs (you get to check if your photo looks OK to you — which is always 5 Gold Stars in my book!).

Horrible customer service. Just watched JP berate a customer. He even proclaimed himself as the owner, manager and highest person there. Person in front of me in line was trying to pick up a package for their relative. Since it was a different name, makes sense that it may require more scrutiny. But don’t tell a person that they are at fault for not having the same name and accuse them of fraud. This JP guy is ridiculous. I will never return.

Long line due to it being one week til Christmas, but the wait was short and the employees efficient and friendly.

This UPS store has the best customer service and services. They offer notary service and live scans. JP was a great help he assisted me with several notaries. Hands down this is the most helpful UPS I have been to.

My visit was quick, even tho it’s peak holiday shipping season, and Evelyn was fast, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.

I will never use UPS shipping to a UPS Store every UPS store is worse then the next one you deal with. I have lost thousand dollars due to there inefficiency.

Great BIG shout out to EVELYN at the Lincoln Square UPS store in Lincoln Square, Oakland! This store is awesome in so many ways! I was in the store copying a sewing pattern and sadly left one piece of the pattern in the copy machine. Returned to the store five days later to see if by any chance they had found and kept it and Evelyn knew exactly what I was taking about! I was so happy and so grateful! Evelyn knew sewing patterns need every piece so she diligently put my forgotten piece in a safe place awaiting my return! Thank you so very much Evelyn and thanks to your great grandma who taught you how valuable sewing patterns are!

Despite the busy store, she skillfully juggled multiple customers while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. What impressed me the most was her dedication to accuracy and attention to detail. Evelyn even took the initiative to contact the notary association for clarification on a specific matter for me, showcasing her commitment to providing accurate information.
