8Amy and the entire staff at this UPS have always been extremely helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I have visited many, many UPS locations, and this location is just different in all the right ways. The service we have consistently received since the location opened a few years ago is beyond exceptional. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.
I had an issue with this ups store #7140 on 9/29/2023. When I gave my boxed television, the ups associate (alyssa – Manager) placed the boxed tv upright at the edge of the counter. I asked her to please place the tv flat as the box is not even and could either topple over or be easily knocked over thereby damaging the tv. Alyssa refused and dismissed me condescendingly with a "have a nice day. "
I was sending this tv back to Amazon for a refund. If the tv did fall, it would have been damaged, thereby affecting my refund. You think alyssa would have contacted me if the tv/box was damaged?
I did call Amazon and lodged a complaint with them and asked that any future returns be done via Fed Ex. I am sure that in time, once Amazon receives a significant number of complaints from consumers, they will migrate away from utilizing ups and go to other carriers. With people like alyssa, that probability is likely.
In my own practice as well with my colleagues, I discourage them from using UPS.

Alissia was fantastic with her customer service. I brought in a package with stamps on it. The receiver wanted me to send it UPS because the postal keeps messing up. She pealed off the stamps and gave them back to me. She was so incredibly sweet. The office on Buena Vista has always been awesome
Drove 6 miles to get there and they are closed! I guess they don't know how to update their hours online! I mean it is 2023.
Alissia has a smile every time I see her and very helpful makes the transaction very smooth Im very happy with service

I had an important meeting in two hours & my home printer was not operating correctly. I went to my local UPS Store and was assisted by Tevynn, not only was she Courteous & Professional, she was knowledgeable! She quickly help me to upload and print the documents I needed and get me on my way in time to make my meeting. Thank you!
Rude service. Refused to close my box and finish preparing it for shipping until she help the line. She kept saying I have to help my customers first. I told her I am her customer.
