The UPS Store, El Cajon CA

I had an outstanding experience at Ups Store on Avocado Ave. They were not only knowledgeable and efficient but also incredibly kind and attentive to my needs. Employees answered all my questions and ensured I left completely satisfied with my service. It's rare to find someone so dedicated to customer happiness. Kudos to this Ups Store for having such stars on the team!

They will overcharge you for everything. Other UPS stores nearby have much lower prices for the same business and mailbox services.

Gentleman at this UPS store is always very helpful. This store gets busy at the time but it is in convenient location with great working hours. Its small but efficient

No respect for the customer yesterday I was there to drop 2 small Amazon items not required any bag or package car key plus a small house and they were inside bag by they changed 4$ for a plastic bag I am pretty sure the bag not made from the gold. The guy was so rude when he answered my question

I always come here to drop my packages off and their service is great! I also did a live scan and they’re so fast and knowledgeable with it. I got helped by Gregory who was so patient and helpful. Really recommend coming here, these guys are awesome!

Called vons and they say ups is open untill 8pm got down here to the store at 7: 30 and the guy at ups Gregory was still there but said I can’t help you in a very rude tone I said it’s just a ship out for a att box I even had all the info needed and said can I leave it he said no come back tomorrow worst customer service I ever received I will not be coming back here

Absolutely horrible customer service as the owner Gregory was yelling at another customer over an at and t router. The customer in line next to me simply wanted to place a return and Gregory threatened to call the cops if the customer didn’t leave. Never coming back to this store

This was the most convenient UPS store I've been. Gregory provided me with fast, efficient service and finished my service with no delays, even while dealing with multiple customers at the same time. I'm looking to come back here.

Gregory was a help! He was very professional, and helped me with all my concerns for a return I had for Amazon. He was also very cheerful and joyful to help in anyway that he could. Overall great employee and highly recommend this UPS.

I’ve been coming to this UPS store in Vons on Avocado in El Cajon ever since it opened. I can’t find enough good words to describe Gregory, the owner. Gregory greets everyone who walks in with a smile. He has such a great attitude, always friendly, patient, helpful and extremely knowledgeable.
Gregory is an ASSET to the UPS franchise!

I’d also like to mention Grace the manager and Mario an assistant, who are both Amazing! They are both knowledgeable, treat everyone with respect and with a smile. They are always willing to help with a positive attitude and they are both ASSETS to this UPS store.
