The UPS Store, Sherman Oaks CA

Usually cant complain, been using this ups for years, this time service wasnt as great, and i wont use names, but I hope things change so I dont have to drive to a different location for all my business packages.

I called to check if they have Notary Service and they told me yes and their open until 7pm. I arrived at 2: 20 and was told he leaves at 2pm. Major detail to leave out guys.

Was only one woman there and she was a terrible employee/person. Horrible experience. And it takes a lot for me to leave a review like this.

You have a bad apple named Riley, whatever happened to the people that used to work here! Definitely my last time after so many years.ugh!

They don’t ship things, this location says. Yes that’s right. They don’t ship things at the UPS store. Thanks for being useless!

The notary was very disrespectful to me and to one of her colleagues. I was shocked at her unprofessional behavior and demeanor.

Fast at receiving but poor on doing finger prints. I had to re-submit my live Scan because the prints were eligible. The staff informed me that they would also send an application form in as well as live Scan. I informed them of previous issue and was told they'll call me back. They never did. I had to call them back. I attempted two days to call and it was always busy. I would've liked to inform this complaint on the phone but again.your line is busy and I can't leave my home as frequent as I'd like to.

Very helpful always friendly and great costumer service. I forgot the managers name but she was great

Samson was so friendly and helpful. From helping me in with my packages to finding the most economical way to ship them, he was great in every way.

The associates here are helpful and friendly. They can't be making a lot of money, but they sincerely do their best and move quickly. Something deserves to be said about teamwork and how a customer feels in a well run establishment.

These guys who work here are really helpful. They have a great attitude and truly try to help you out and explain everything about shipping. If they can't ship it they tell you who to get in touch with at the company to see how to return something. They seem to like their job which is so important!

I've never had a problem at this store. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The manager Jose is more than willing to help out if there is a problem. I don't have a mailbox here, but I would trust them with my mail.

The customer service is great! The employees are friendly and helpful. Lots of free parking in back at Ventura & Woodman! Definately would recommend

Of course ups is pricey at times, bit this store had very friendly service. They did what they could to help out and explained everything completely until every question was answered. Didnt waste time eithwr, very quick.

Dont go here they are idiots!
it was told me by the employ that my frind would not get the package even if i have his first and last name on it, WTF.i would skip taking my packages to this place!

if they cant take the time to match a persons last name to their mailbox number how is any one expected to get mail there,

One of worst ever experiences with UPS store. Waiting long before being helped. Someone whose name said to be "Mark Bryan" was very impolite and anti-customer. I did not feel at all that they respect the customer patience. He illegally refused to help with a notary service I've had, while I completed my service with the same documents in the wells fargo bank across the street. Would never visit and recommend this store again.
