I knew The UPS Store has so much to offer, mailboxes, Notary and of course packaging and shipping but their associate Sophia told me about document shredding and they have a special offer. I know where I'll be taking my important documents to get shredded. Good job, Sophia! Thank you!

Owner is a crook! Don't ship at this location! I was quoted $365 to ship two 35lb cannisters. I took them to E Bidwell location, $137 for both cannisters!
This place is a total rip off. They are unfriendly and overcharge like crazy! I've been there a few times and thought they were ripping me off then I knew for sure when I went to the ups store near Broadstone and the prices to send a pkg were way lower, the service was outstanding and the process was quick and painless. I will never go to this store again. It doesn't even warrant a one star rating!
