I dropped my iphone trade in there. The phone was stolen. The box was delivered empty. I also shipped an international document there too, until I got home I found they shipped a DHL instead of UPS, and for a $90 charge. It’s a insane place.

I would give 0 stars if possible. They just want your money! Employees were rude and not informed.
I called to ask about printing and they said it's $0.09 a page and they have a computer for customers to use. When I got there, employee has no idea what he was doing and I had to figure out how to print myself. When I paid I found out there was a $2 charge to use the computer for 5 minutes and it was actually $0.49 a page.
I told the employee who rung me up about the phone call and he told me off, insulting me for not knowing it was $0.49, despite the fact that they're the ones who said it was $0.09 in the first place!
Then he tried to charge me $45 to mail out the 10 pages I printed to Boston. I told him off and he begrudgingly took only the money for printing (which is still upsetting)
It's the first time I've had such an experience at UPS and I am not going back.
In the end, I went to USPS and ship it for less than $2. Moral of the story, horrible service, horrible attitude, horrible store.

My parents went there beforehand to have something to be printed. Asked them thru e-mail to assist my parents and they were very helpful. Got their names for they were courteous, kind and very helpful. Thank you very much sir Andrew & Thomas for helping out so much! Hope others will see and appreciate your positive and good deeds over your "grumpy" or "not smiling" ones as everyone gets tired too. Again I suggest this store to everyone who have needs for their services.

What a difference between this store and the one in Milpitas near Landess! Polar opposites! Store Is clean open and airy as opposed to cluttered and dark. In the middle of the day, there were two people working and I was waited on right away as opposed to a long line and one person working. The package was taken from my hands, scanned and I was handed a receipt without even asking. At the other store I had to ask for it to be scanned and I was refused when I asked for a receipt. When other customers came into the store he noticed and said he’d be right with them. One thing I would like to suggest is just smile and say hello to your customers. This UPS store is far superior to the other!

Very good service on a Sunday. Needed their Notary Service and we were in and out in no time. The problem I had was I left my cell phone and expensive sun glasses on the counter and didn't realize it until Monday. They held onto it for me and made several attempts to contact my lady friend. I called my phone Monday morning and they answered my phone and let me know where I had left it.

I been doing business with this UPS Store since 2010. Manager Jay, and his entire staff is excellent and very professional at what they do, not jut for me as a customer but for all other consumers who walk into his store 7 days a week. Jay & the entire team always recommends good products, services, and ideas that can help my business grow in the long run. Specially, with when it comes to their top notch delivery services.
I always get the best discounts for the delivery services. It's because I always have a certain volume of packages that I ship off to. Not domestic, I also ship my packages to abroad as well.

Long story short.

I been doing business, with this UPS Store and the UPS Corp as well. Since the last 20 years. UPS is the #1 delivery service in the world!
Way better then Fedex, DHL, USPS combined.

I thank, Manager Jay & the entire staff to continue delivering there
excellent service, and keep up the great work for many years to come or should I say ALL FUTURE LONG LOL!

The service is really terrible. They charged me nearly 4$ for printing 4 pages! Really disgusting! The charge includes 5 min's use computer. I have to say their computer is tooooooooo old and can not recognize my USB when I was trying to print. Never go to this store!

Although I didn't encounter any mean people as Richard did (see below), I would also categorize the staff as friendly but rude. "What's that smell? Is that your cologne? P. U! Hahaha! " a cashier said to a customer. The manager who helped me was professional and courteous though. Oh well.until a competitor opens up nearby, locals are stuck with this UPS store.

The staff there is not friendly at all. They are always in the back room sitting down talking and make you wait forever in line even though you are the only one there. They never say "Hello how can I help you? ! " or "Have a great day! " nothing of that nature. I think overall worst customer service ever! Plus the prices there are very expensive.

Its worst place to go.i went to ship few boxes.the person look like owner /manger (with Red dot) he came and trying to explain me- He didnt know how to communicate at all (OMG what a style, Crapy english, No grammer) and he was so rude.i asked about cheaper options and he got mad.then the old lady came and explained me.i was so wondering about what kind of people handling this business.very funny english.

Not recommanded.this place.

There is no UPS Ground shipping while the UPS website said yes. They only allow 2nd day or next day. The staff are very mean, rude and show no respect to customer. I will never go there again! Worst experience ever!

"We offer services with convinence fee. " Their convenience fee is literally twice the price of the product, if not more. And as you can tell, they make countless spelling errors when replying to these reviews, and I can tell you that employee Batsel will make these errors when shipping your product. I've also witnessed a man being yelled at (by this same employee) simply because he VERY CASUALLY mentioned that the price was a bit steep. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

Rude staff! So rude! I just went into the store to drop off a package and the guy was so rude! Old indian guy. I'd rather drive 4 miles to the UPS store for a nicer staff.

I went there for notary services and the gentleman behind the counter politely informed me that it is illegal for local business to notarize anything in California. Meanwhile, there is a giant poster in the window advertising notary services, all caps.

Had done a return with them but somehow my item never got ship.try calling the seller and they couldn't do anything.it was just a phone case if that was being return, I don't know how important a phone case is to keep but whatever.

Worst UPS Store in the Bay Area, the owner Socksaul or Vatsal or whatever had assured me my mother would receive her birthday present in time if I paid more for the 2-day shipping. The price was so expensive that I asked if he does discounts at all since I was going along with his 2-day shipping idea. He somehow got mad at me over the idea of a discount and started to argue with me as if it I personally insulted him! The man is unprofessional and doesn't know how to handle customers or orders correctly. I made the mistake of giving him a chance, shipped it anyway, and the item got lost in limbo for 2 weeks! The owner has no idea how to spell, or use a keyboard! 2 Weeks and 3 days later, my mother received the package damaged with the wrong name on it and wrong address number! Her name is simple "Maria Martinez", instead Vatsal wrote "Mario V Marteens". Never go to this place, just one huge scam and inconvenience with their "convenience fees"!

Notary made mistakes by NOT keeping up with the law. I had to return to make the correction. It costed me time and opportunity.
