The UPS Store, Westchester CA

Small location but they are super helpful! I've been here a few times in the last couple of weeks and things have been pretty smooth. Customer service has been great! There is a sign at the door showing "2 customers inside" and people seem to be following it. Parking on Sepulveda is almost nonexistent but there are plenty of parking spaces in the Ralphs/CVS lot - which is right behind the store. To everyone who works here: THANKS FOR YOUR HELP AND PATIENCE!

Charges a $5 fee for holding a package but they do not explain that over phone or on website so basically traps you. I called ahead and no one explained that prior to my package arriving. I understand charging a fee but important to be upfront so you can plan. 2 stars because at least they were polite about it fast.

Update I decided to change back to a one-star because I called ups again and they specifically told me to do what I did and there is no fee to hold.

Latest drop offs in the area - 6: 20pm here gets it on a plane by 7pm overnight.
If you need Ground go to the Gardena station off Western for 8pm ground.

This is not an actual UPS center. Just a third party location. The people working there are nice enough, but if you have to file any claims forms due to damaged packages it's incredibly frustrating. There is no transparency in the process and I received conflicting information between this store and the actual UPS customer service line about how my claim would be handled. I had to call and email multiple times to get any sort of information that my claim was even filed.

Great that this location has a later cut-off time than others in the area for UPS next day shipments.

Masoud minaravesh ripped me off. He charged me $45 for a notary. I've gone to many ups stores and have notarized many deeds and always get charged $12.

My wife was waiting for an envelope that had not been brought back yet.she said all 3 young ladies were professional and courteous, they listened to her concerns and she was able to leave her phone number to be called in case the envelope was returned.she got a call from one of the ladies. Great customer service.

I had a package shipped here for pickup and was told that the storage fee was a rather high $5/ day. I planned to pick it up quickly and when I arrived three days after the package had arrived I was charged $20. When I challenged the math I was told that the first day was $5 and then it was $5 every day after. Not every 24 hrs but every "day"- this is really a $5 acceptance fee and $5 for every day following unless you pick it up the first day. I argued but ended up paying.

Real bullshit service, I send package from them 2 days delivery and they not even get there two weeks, f*** this store,

I'd give 0 stars if I could. $2.49 per page to print and email. Even for a copy and print and shipping store that is outrageous.

Super fast and friendly service. Went here because I had an Amazon return. Never did this before, I paid $1 to have a QR code sent to my email. I went to this store location and they scanned my phone and took my package (I just put the return item in a mail folder and taped it up, that was it.) and I was out in 1 minute.

Tip: Yes, they do sell stamps in a booklet of 20, BUT each stamp is $0.10 more per stamp compared to USPS.
