I have a mailbox with them. Sent them a work laptop for a new job. Then, forwarded to me (different address). Was returned to sender because it was not labeled correctly. They do not answer the phone nor respond to emails. UPS corporate was unable to reach them too (What the heck?). Terrible situation. If they do not respond soon, never doing business them again. 0/10 don't recommend.

Update: Rick H.from the UPS Store did end up getting back to me later that night and resolved my situation. Albeit, I do wish they refunded me for the next day shipping that was returned to sender.

The guys there were super fast, helpful, and friendly, even though I came in close to closing. Justin did a great job of helping me get the right boxes we needed to ship our stuff.

They charged 40% above quoted price online and do not answer the phone. There are only two options on the automated answering service (other than a directions and hours recording). Both options rout directly to a recording stating that the mailbox is full.

Stopped by to get something notarized and was surprised how friendly everyone was. Jose was super friendly and courteous and helped me with the notarization even though he was swamped with other clients.

Been here a few times now, mailing large bulky electronics (laptop, monitor) that needed to be packaged. Job was done without a hitch. Rick was friendly and helpful, guiding me through the process and the whole experience couldn't have been better.

Horrible experience today! I wrapped a shoe box (return item) with some thick paper and attached a label to it. When I dropped it off and asked for a receipt, this weird guy started ripping the paper off to "show me" how it would rip on the conveyor belt, etc.it was humiliating, disgusting! I was stunned, couldn't utter a word! Just grabbed my now "naked" box and walked away! I would never walk into that store again! Much rather go to staples a couple of blocks away or the mailbox on fillmore even if a little further away.

Their autoresponder says they're open when they're not. Their voicemail is so full that you can't even leave a message!

Love this location! It's around the corner and open on the weekends. The gentleman there was very nice and had a great upbeat attitude! Place gets busy, but service is usually quick!

ZERO STARS. This place is a dump. Highly inefficient. I refuse to give them my business. They make you hand fill out, double and triple entry, all these stupid forms. It is MUCH MUCH FASTER to go to the post office and queue up for a few minutes. If I have a UPS parcel that I have pre-paid, I would sooner walk it to the proper UPS office down in the Financial District than darken the door of this kip.

I needed to print something and the guy over the counter was very unhelpful despite me asking numerous times. When the job didn't print right, he blamed me! Nice one buddy - blame the customer after you refusing to help them. He was just as useless to the customer in front of me.

Go to staples one block over on Van Ness if you need to print or fax anything. This is a horrible location.

This UPS Store is now under new management and new ownership. The staff is well trained and the store runs much smoother than before. All of the previous reviews that I have read have all been about the previous ownership.

Keep up the good work NEW Guys!

I only am giving 2 stars because I deposit my checks to USAA here and I usually have a nice lady or guy but when they are not there I always get the rudest people that act like I'm bothering them and give me an attitude even though I am always nice to tjem

I dont understand why this place is so negative. Ive had nothing but good experience with this store. Blaire is so sweet and joy to talk to while ahe process your order. I do go on Saturdays and go there at around 12-1. There is no line and if there is. Its short and quick. Love this place: 3

Am new to the area and setup a mailbox. They were awesome to talk to and the process was over in no time. This location had no wait time and great customer service.

The drivers don't follow the delivery instructions that are printed on the package! Maybe they should start hiring some drivers who CAN read!

I have had 4 packages stolen this month because the driver left my packages in the lobby instead of leaving it at the exact apartment! Once I got home from work the package was already gone!

Very upset!

I am new to the area, and this location is closest to my home. The young lady who helped me was very nice, greeted me with a smile, and completed my shipping needs quickly and efficiently. She knew the answers to my questions (Can I redirect my Amazon shipments here? Is there a fee?) without hesitation. As the line behind me grew, other team members stepped up to assist,

If this store is under new management, then they seem to be doing a good job. I will continue to use them.

Feels like they've changed management and/or staff, cos in last few months there's been much more courtesy, urgency, incredible helpfulness. I own a retail online business, and now I have 1 less dread in processing orders. Pleasure to encounter such a staff!
