The UPS Store, San Jose CA

Very convenient for me but their service is very bad! Just went there and I will rethink going again.

This is my favorite ups store because the staff is always friendly and helpful and the location is super convenient

Ever since new owners and staff it’s always been a helpful and welcome experience. Angry people writing bad reviews about this place or the staff need therapy.:)

I went there twice: once for ID pictures and the other time was for sending a package. Both times I have been very satisfied. It’s very convenient to have this store close by. Friendly staff and well organized store.

I always come here to drop off my ups package. The workers are so nice and kind to me. Love their service.

They do notary public, live scan fingerprinting, faxing, passport photo, mailing.etc.

I’ve visited several times for shipping and notary services. They have always been very friendly and professional. I will definitely be coming back.

I just went today to ship a little box to Vonage returns, and the sir working there was unpleasant, rude, stupid and.well, the point here is that these kind of business should have employees with a better attitude, this indian guy, was not, at some point, understanding whole picture, and was not helpful at all. I will never recommend this place to a friend. Do not stop by there. Beware!

Got average service. Packages sent and deluvered as expected. No pdoblems worker appeared stressed out. No unpolite just. Overwhelmed

Why do I keep coming back here!? ! He (the owner) was decent for a while, then he tells me yesterday. "starting next month UPS will no longer be accepting "moving boxes", you have moving boxes and you will need to get shipping boxes"

WTF!? ! Mind you, these are NEW heavy duty corrugated boxes I get from Home Depot. There's not difference between a "moving box" and a "shipping box"! What is this guy smoking?

I think the real reason is that he wants me to buy his boxes. I've talked to him on previous occasion about how much his shipping box was and he quoted me $8 for his regular duty boxes. I buy the same size box but in heavy duty but at home depot for $2.50. Sure there is "home depot" logos all over it, but I don't care. Because I didn't buy his boxes and I ship out my products weekly, he's a bit pissed off about this. Which I think is the reason that leads to his absurd statement that a moving box is not a shipping box? !?

Seemed sketchy. I was dropping off a package an hour before closing. It was locked and then an old Indian guy comes out and offers to take my package. I hand it to him and he keeps repeating "have a nice day"and tries to close the door on me. I wanted to ask for a receipt but a person came after me and also handed him the package from around the door.

The owner has a very unpleasant disposition. I find it much easier to take my business to the FedEx Store within the CVS across the street.

This UPS Store will be grand open in August 2017 under the new management.

That male Indian employee is untastfully disresprctful. When I arrived to ship my package, I asked him a question, and within my first several words, he cut me off and told me to just write my information and sign the paper". I told him I haven't shipped anything before and would like clarification. He proceeded to tell me not to 'argue' with him. I would like to inform people. I will stay away from this particular UPS. Thank you.

This location has the worst customer service! Dont ever come here! The india guy is very rude and disrespectful! You just lost your business with me buddy!

My family has had a box here for over a year. Every time we go there, late afternoon, he doesn't have the mail in the boxes. So we have to leave and come back the next day. Very frustrating.
