12Shipped package (large 50 lbs box) here but it was lost. Airbill indicated never left the office. Tried 6 times calling and going to the store to speak to the store manager to get help but manager was rude, indifferent and didn't respond when calling. Main UPS number indicated the manager needed to address the lost package. Finally gave up since this site office doesn't care or respond. Use this office at your own risk.
Zero stars. Wish I read the reviews first. 60$ for a notary. Always call the ups store before hand to check their notary prices. Lesson learned.
I went here for a printing service. The total cost of this service is a time based computer rental plus the amount you print. The machine keeps having issues and takes time to recover between prints, and finally nothing comes out. The agents there cannot fix it and said sorry it's down. But it charges me the timing when they dealing with the machine. It costs me about $18 to get just 8 paper printed. Totally bad experience.
During a time of panic and quarantine, the staff still gives comfort and gets your packages where they need to go. Thank you!
Zero stars. The girl who was serving that day was so rude, I actually took my package and took it to the Post Office which is only down the road and it cost 12 less to mail.
Best UPS store I have ever been to. Helpful, friendly staff everytime I go there (which is often).
Store sign and voicemail says open at 8AM. It's 9AM and I spent an hour in traffic driving to a unattended UPS store.
Worst customer service ever! The owner is SUPER RUDE AND AGGRESSIVE. I won't come back. Super angry with them. Don't go there! Very slow, closed in business hours. Rude, not knowledge, eager to ern more money from you!
These guys are pretty slow at working every time I come in. One time, the worker was on taking a personal call on his iPhone the entire time while he tried to help me. I know the call was personal bc he was speaking Farsi.
Opening hours posted (8am-6: 30pm weekdays) is not true. Don't come here in the morning. Waste of time.
I think employee hates his job (his face says: I hate my job). Plus they always open LATE, don't use this location if you need to get something done in the AM.
