The UPS Store, Fremont CA

Horrendous service, rude old lady yelling at customers and even folks who own PO boxes there. Sign says 3 customers allowed and she yelled at me when I entered with 2 other customers. I exited right away and explained the sign says 3 so I was confused. She then proceeded to refuse me entry entirely and made me scan all items through the glass window. I will never come back to this store. It's the lady with the head wrap that was so rude. The other two employees were very kind.

The service here is amazing! The lady that helped me process my 4 returns, among 1 was a heavy nightstand, did it with remarkable speed and efficiency. Not sure her name but she worked at 3 pm today.

I went to this store to get it done my power of Attorney “ DINA” was very helpful she was quickly done the job and kind, they are following safety rules for COVID. Thanks for the excellent service

The training guy employee 115922 was very rude.
I know there is rules and regulations do to COVID
But i walked in to the store with my 14years old and he asked for one of us to step out.
I explained why i didn't wanted to leave my daughter by herself standing outside.
He didn't care and one of us had to stand outside for out package to be proceed
What got me so mad about this situation was that they let the couple behind us walk-in together.
Which got me very upset. It's either you treat everyone equally or say nothing at all.

Great service by Laura! She helped me do much. I needed printing. Scanning and shipping. She gave me options. Was so nice and helpful. She even gave me information about other services in the store

Couldn't find more unprofessional and ill managed location. Never had a problem with physical UPS location until stumbled on HUB Fremont location. They are a disaster. The manager deceitful.

One of the best customer experiences I have had in a UPS/FedEx/USPS kind of place. Dina went out of her way to help and make things easier.

I asked the front desk lady for some tape. She said we are not allowed to give you tape. She said you gotta buy your own. But I know it’s for free. When i handed her the items. She taped for me with no charge. Tried to trick me!

I am pretty much happy with the way staff has responded. They're so professional magnificent with the hospitality and service.

This is a great place to notarize especially documents that require to sent international. Staff is very friendly. Dina helped me to get the things quickly. Store location is also very convenient. And they do provide other additional services like passport photo etc.

Came here for notary. Great service by Dina. Patient and friendly. Let me use their staff restroom because I am pregnant. That is quite kind and generous of her! Overall, everyone is friendly and helpful.
But I didn't quite like the passport sized photo taken of my son. Looks dark and hazy! Taken for the purpose of passport renewal, hope it works!
Other than that, their core services are excellent!
