I have been to this UPS store a few times and each time there was a different person working, they both were extremely helpful, kind and considerate.

Great place to ship and receive packages. The staff is always courteous and efficient when I visit. Just ensure that your packages are ready to ship when you arrive as (with most shipping services) packaging supplies are not free.

This is by far the best UPS Store in the Area! Great Service and People who Care and also Get the Job Done!

They charged me 3.56 to have a papper printed because they went over to a computer used it for me then show me a sign after on the computer saying it will be 3.56 for a piece of paper printed is a rip off go to FedEx way better service

Worst attitude. I asked to have them print out the single page shipping label. Very rude
man said “oh no” that will cost you at least 4.00. I left and went to the location off Shoreline.

I was wearing a cast and this greedy, rude man, did not even hold the door open. Worst UPS location I have ever been to.

Go to the new one at Shoreline by Good Earth. They are very customer service oriented and printed it for free. Who charges 4.00 for that?

Great service and many services you need. And, you can get groceries next door! So happy the UPS Store moved in our neighborhood!

Small place which gets busy easily, and doesn't carry as much supplies as other locations. But overall very nice!

I am there twice a month - at least. Five Stars for the great staff who work hard, are smart, and very professional - thumbs down to the rude owner whoignored me and turned his back as I tried to open the door - while juggling armfulls of packages. He is consistently abrasive to staff.
