I went to this store for taking my passport photos. Two Asian men are working at the time, they were very nice. After he took my photo, he said if I don't like the picture, he can take another one before printing. Very reasonable price and I was happy for their customer servics.

Had a small box of parts delivered here by UPS since UPS had messed up a couple of deliveries to my shop due to the epidemic. Imagine my surprise when the shop said i owed them $10 to get my box! His was about 50% of what it cost to get it to the UPS store.

The time you guys open needs to be updated I said you guys were open Saturday you guys wasn't and now it's Monday I'm here to pick up mail. And it said the store will be open at 8: 30 a.m. And it's still closed come on get your stuff together.

The UPS at 17th a d Franklin - my home away from home! I've been a customer here for going on 5 years and have never had a problem. The employees are courteous, the services are there just as described.

A great way to have a permanent address for those transitioning periods of life - great way to keep your mail separated by address!

And as an added bonus - you can't beat the location - right in the heart of Oakland, California!

This is such a fantastic UPS store. Notary is fast and affordable ($15!) and there is always someone available to do it. Yes, the store is busy at the end of the day, but the team is doing their best under pressure. I appreciate this store so much.

My elderly mother went in for the notary and a fax.for 60 DOLLARS. She works two jobs. SHAME ON YOU. May you ever be treated the same way.

I got the most helpful UPS person today. He rocked it!

I am impressed when employees give 100% at work. He asked some questions and we realized I had made a mistake. If he hadn't done that I would have wasted my time even visiting UPS today. THANK YOU K!

Friendly and efficient service staff. Computer kiosk is improperly labeled with fees. Store claims $3 minimum charge (for 15 minutes of time) and then adds on additional fees if you print and for tax, even if you didn’t use your full 15 minutes.

Customer service is terrible. If I'm trusting someone with my packaging then they better be at least polite and not charge me extra for a box I don't even need becuase mine was "damaged. " He got an attitude with me for no reason made me purchase a new box when the one I brought in was completely fine. Dude was just being rude and inconsiderate.

Inside Marriott 2nd floor. Hotel ups charged $8 handling fee for drop off. StFf friendly though!

It is up to the UPS Store owner whether to let you use their supplies. These cheap bastards won't let you use anything, no tape, no scissors, nothing. Then they try to convince you to buy those things in order to use them. Will find another store to use from now on.

I was origanally going to ship my Citiq monitor (weigh about 70 Lbs) at the other UPS store but they adviced me that my monitor only can be shipped by air. It would be caused me a fortune so I brought it to nearby UPS store 3357. They let me ship it by ground and I bought insurance for it as well. However, when accident happened, I contacted Trish at UPS store 3357. She not only helped me every step of the way for the insurance but also took good care of me. Thank you so much, Trish!

It's a proper UPS.
Everything is as expected.
I have a box there and they are pretty on top of things.

The herd of reviews complain of trivial things I thought every human already knows!

On they charged you double to copy a double sided sheet? That is an outrage! *rolling my eyes over here*

I probably should of read the reviews beforehand but I ventured over to purchase a stamp. "We do not sell single stamps, would you like to buy a book of stamps? ", Really? , this must be some specific rule for this store only). I asked if I could get a metered stamp and one would not of guessed I would be getting such a look as I apparently asked for her first born. Maybe it was the fact that she would actually have to get up off her troll stool.

This outfit does not do pick-ups. If you are out of town and want something shipped, you are out of luck here. Not much help.

I just sent a UPS ground package from this store. The store charged 77% more for the shipping than the UPS website said (10 minutes earlier) would be the shipping cost - for the exact same details as to size, weight, destination location, and declared value. To top off the insult, the stor manager said that they "did not use UPS insurance for extra value declaration" - "we use our own insurance. " I will try never to ship by UPS again.

I have been using this location for years. Courteous, efficient, service-oriented. Well-located right in downtown. Popular, so can get busy. Staff aims to quickly handle all customer needs.

After reserving a week in advance, we get a note at 5pm the evening before the move that they don't have the truck we ordered and that we had to travel to another town to pick up the truck.and then go back to the Franklin space to have the blankets and packing items that we ordered. They refused to send someone to get the truck and pretty much said tuff!

Like this is the sort of chaos that anyone needs on the moving day?

Known Time Wasters. Even though you've had a box with them for years and all you want us to pick up a package, they'll make you wait 15 minutes for the live scans and notatizations before they help you. Clueless!
