People working at this location are so much friendlier and faster to help you than the other location in Vacaville. Never a bad experience.

The people at the Harbinson location (Mr. Nyugen et al) are the reason we continue visiting. They’re professional, prompt, and incredibly hardworking. Oh, and FUNNY! We’ve always had a great experience here.

This place was VERY efficient! Long line was addressed quickly AND quality of service was excellent. We don’t see this kind of service very often these days. Nha Dang was thorough and pleasant - I had three large and heavy boxes and he made the whole effort simple and easy. I highly recommend this store.

This is by far the best UPS Store I've been to. I use this location for both business and personal services and the owners and their team are extremely helpful, friendly and fast! This UPS store has the best employees and the best customer service! They are always so kind and helpful-especially with my deliveries/orders delivered to my UPS mailbox! I am a long time customer and have had a UPS mailbox at this store/location for a number of years. I have also used their live scan/fingerprint service on multiple occasions, dropped off store returns and USPS mail, and have used their UPS shipping services. Every employee I encounter each visit is very professional and happy to help! This is the only UPS store that I go to and will go to as long as it owned and operated by the current owners/employees! Thank you so much to all of the wonderful employees at UPS store #4155- Mr. Dang, Mrs. Chau, and Sam! You all provide the best customer service and I love to see your smiling faces whenever I am there! Mr. Tri who used to work at this store was also very kind and helpful!

I choose to drive to this UPS store despite living much closer to the UPS store on Waterman by Safeway. I make the longer drive to this store because the staff here is Fast and Friendly. The manager Sam always handles my shipments efficiently and I have yet to stand in a line during the many months of shipping StockX and Amazon stuff here. I was recently here one week ago during this pandemic to send my sister seeds for planting. I dropped off my package at 5: 50PM on a Friday. The entire staff was was very helpful in sending my package. They estimated 2-3 business days. My sister called telling me she received the package the following day at 3: 00PM (less than 24 hours!) Thanks so much to the UPS team out in Vacaville!

I almost never post reviews but the staff is probably the most friendly here of any business I ever go to. I expect little to nothing at a store where you ship things but these lovely humans take the utmost pride in their work and customer service. I never would have expected this level of customer service at a UPS store. They are efficient and thorough and deserve every single one of their stars!

Quick service and excellent customer service every time. They are friendly and efficient. Occasionally, customers need to wait longer than 5 minutes but it was because this UPS location is very popular and admired for their excellent customer services - the negative reviews do not reflect the experiences I have had. It's a great UPS location!

I am so impressed with the service, quality, and speed the UPS store was able to deliver during a recent post card campaign for Solano Mortgage. We were able to get 1100 post cards, printed, coated, postage, and delivered to the post office within 3 days! The store manager even had high quality proofs available to us the next day after requesting the job service. I cannot be happier with the finished product!

Needed a new address this works. The service is very good and friendly. Can call ahead they will check for mail and give you an idea of what is there. Very convenient often saving me a trip.

Had to drop off our Att&t modem here and they were beyond lovely and nice! Super fast service too and friendly smiles.

Quick turn around time! I was able to place a custom order of invitations, and recieve it within hours. They also trimmed for me! Professional and accommodating.

Be nice if you guys actually stayed open for your posted hours. Twice now I've stopped here and you were closed early. If you are going to post hours then you need to stay open for said hours. Thankfully the elmira location is more professional and were able to help out.

I have utilized every service at this UPS store. I have my personal and business box located with them. I've had my business printing done, as well as background checks and fingerprinting services preformed here. I am never disappointed with the quality of service I've received. All of the employees at this location are just lovely to work with for all of my personal and professional needs.
