The UPS Store, Vallejo CA

Five stars to Aruna at the UPS Store. Her friendliness and all around great customer service IS the sole reason I've had a PO Box at this location for several years. And, as a notary, Aruna has assisted me with two wills and a medical directive.

Also, a special shout out to Wendy for her impeccable customer service.

We are so impressed with the service and knowledge tha Aruna and her team provide. We had multiple documents to be notorized, copied and shipped and it was all handled well, even though the store was busy. Balancing the COVID 19 social distancing in a smaller place was adhered to and yet kept the customers moving. It is so refreshing to receive this type of customer service in today's challenging environment. Kudos to UPS on Sonoma Blvd Team!

The person opening the store opened early, I think her name was Aruna. Fast, efficient, friendly, and kind. Full of good advice and made me feel special. I will definitely come back!

Rude. Don’t accidentally pick up the phone, pet customer listen for over two minutes and then hang up. Causing the line to no longer be of service when I call 20+ times after the fact. When confronted in store, the person who I heard over the phone talking badly about customers and talking about personal life, refuses to acknowledge her mistake. The phone line is still “busy. ” RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Exceeded Expections!
As soon as I walked into the UPS Store both ladies were welcoming and even did the printing I needed.
I was so happy with their professionalism, I came back to the store within minutes to as for their assistance with more printing and screen shot printout.

I try to come here because the staff is nice and friendly but unfortunately the last 2 times I came to this location the ladies were a little short with me due to the long line of customers but also were unable to help me after I was sent to this location. Will try not return to this location again.

I was given excellent customer service by Aruna on June 1st, 2018. I've come here before, several years ago as well for my fingerprints and she is always professional, efficient, and nice. I recommend coming here for good service and quick service!

Unethical!
 I just want to send my disappointment with you guys. I ordered 2 books from ebay and said the delivery was within march 22 to march 29. I received an email last march 24, that those books were delivered already and you guys just put it outside the front door. You delivered it march 22. If there was no one in the house to receive it, why not call the receiver? I saw those two books outside totally wet! I think you know already that last week was rainy season, but you just left it there without informing me on that day. If you guys really care, you should have left a note at the door, saying that it wont be delivered because no one is in the house. And i may get it in your store instead to make it sure. If you guys are professional.

Those books are very important which i really need for my midterm exam this week! So tell me whose accountability is this?

This place has amazing customer service! The ladies in there are very friendly and helpful. They are always good with helping me with my package and notary needs.

I went here to pick up my package the day before Christmas Eve and they closed the store early so I wasn’t able to get my sons gift.
The website and the door hours States they close at 5: 00pm and the doors were locked at 4: 50

Worst customer service I’ve ever had. They rolled their eyes when I asked for a live scan service and on top were rude during my time there. Never going back here again, save your time and money!

I absolutely love their services, very friendly and accurate. No wait time, excellent customer services and the clerk stayed smiling the whole time. I will definitely recommend everyone to get their documents notarized here!

Customer service in this location is way better than the other two UPS stores in Vallejo. I am also amazed by the Indian and Chinese woman’s work ethics and teamwork. As soon as one of them walks in the store they jump in to help the customer to prevent long lines. They sure know how to multitask. Indian woman is straight to the point and takes care of the business with no hassle. The Chinese lady on the other hand is thorough and make sure everything has been taken care of before the customer walks out the store. I have been doing business with this location and they have always provide me an excellent customer service.

Awesome! That's what i can say about this UPS store- the staff, the service, the location.i have been their customer since 2008 and i have never lost a single mail/ package. The staff are efficient, friendly, honest and very helpful. At times there's a line but it is always worth the wait.as i know i won't be able to get the same exceptional service else where. I can not give less than 1 star.these people are the worst I have ever had dealings with.refusing to hold my packages.calling over and over to harass me about mail waiting for me. I pay for this service and this is what I get.on top of that I am being threatened of charges of over size packages charging and I have never heard of this.no one there ever told me there was a size limit of time limit on this.and now I'm being threatened by this lady.these ppl are rude very unwilling to help at all. DO NOT EVER USE THIS STORE!

Excellent service by the employees at this particular location. Couple weeks a ago I went in that store to do my shipment, was impressed with there packing skills. Very busy store but staff were very friendly and nice.
