The UPS Store, Studio City CA

Good location. Lots of space. Ryan and Josh helped me out and they were both extremely helpful, friendly, and was quick! Handled everything with care.

Probably my new UPS location even though there’s another one closer to me.

Oh Gosh! I dropped off a return, however the label was wrong. They drove over to my home to bring it back (they didn’t have my phone #)! That’s awesome, over the top service!

I had to review this place because they have saved me on so many occasions and the staff is always friendly and professional.
They are open later than the the post office, with a much shorter wait time. In fact there has never been more than 2 people in front of me. And many times I've been first in line. The manager here is top notch, and goes above and beyond to assist customers.
They also stock several shipping boxes, and when you purchase a box, you can box the item there, buy a label, and ship it on the spot. They will help you purchase the shipping label, and even let you use their tape, all with a smile.
Sooo much easier and friendlier than the post office or UPS. The place is always clean and staffed.
Prices are reasonable when you consider the cost and time spent driving to a post office or UPS and waiting in a long line. If you're looking for convenience, good service, and to save time, this is your place.

Very lenient and friendly. They are so helpful unlike a lot of other branches. I am so thankful.

Super efficient, fast and to the point. Sometimes I much rather pay a few extra $ by coming here instead of having to go to the mess that is the USPS on Laurel Canyon.

They didn't give me a receipt for the package I dropped. The lady said I have to ask for a receipt If I need it.

There is a UPS store literally across the street from my home, but I drive 1.5 miles to come here. The guys are great and definitely know what they are doing. The place across the street from me just makes guesses about procedures.

After reading some negative reviews about other nearby locations - I went to the Studio City store and was extremely pleased. The gentleman who took my prepaid package was courteous, friendly and forthright.

Customer service was excellent. I have no idea what the previous reviewer was thinking/doing. Five stars all around

I was moving back to the east coast and decided to fly and ship my stuff. For about 3 days, I came to this UPS location each with 2-3 boxes. Each time I went in, Hector assisted me and he is the epitome of customer service.

Hector helped me carry my boxes and for the ones I didn't wrap that well, he found better boxes for me and loaded them up with more tape. He was very personable and friendly; remembering me each time I came in.

Shout out to Hector!

The prices are good here, and you are always in and out really fast. Much better than going to the real post office. Unless you like waiting in line at the US Post office.lol. They also have a big supply of shipping materials if you need.

Always friendly and ready to help. Parking is always available. And they are fast! Love my UPS Store.
