Amazing service once I got a senior worker. Super friendly and inviting. In and out super quick

This is my local UPS so I am always going in and out from this store. The team at this UPS store always does a great job to get me in and out of the door as soon as possible. Sometimes it takes a bit longer due to long lines but not much they can do about it especially because of COVID-19. The owner always welcomes me when I come in and it's always good to see his face around the store. The customer service is always great since the staff and owner are knowledgeable on the items and services offered.

Was notified my package was available for pickup. I drive all the way there, wait in line for 15 minutes only to be told they haven’t scanned it in yet and to come back in 3hrs. He even pointed at the small pile from the shipment that was received that he could have just looked through for my name so I could be on my way and them not receive a bad review. I’ve done shipment and receiving so I get it, but when the customer is there for their package, you find it and give it to them. I needed it for a project today and now I have to delay things a day because I won’t be available to get it later because I too am an essential worker and have places to be.

Three UPS people were here. Two of them told me the driver will come and pick up my package with a trolley. They just left. It's been two weeks in total I am waiting for this pick up and they never pick it up. Don't use UPS.

Not the store, but the UPS driver. Monday 11/11/19 5pm. I was sitting in my car and ready to leave. The UPS truck turned the corner and blocked all of the parking spaces. I say to myself, all right I'll wait and type in my next destination into the GPS.

If you've have ever been to the location you'll know what I'm talking about, it's the spots right in front of the door where he wanted to back into. Very poor judgment on behalf of the driver.

I'm still waiting for the truck, and when he gets done backing up into a very cramped space he looks over to my car and says "oh geez now you want to move. "

I rolled down my window and yelled "yeah buddy I was blocked in. "

It's not my fault this location doesn't have an appropriate loading space to fit a huge UPS truck. Not even that but the driver is rude and should not be in a public-facing position.

Bad experience with the lcoal driver and pick up.never showing up and I do have to pay for another time coming by. UPS is a joke and badly coordinated.

Some of the worst service i have encountered. After losing my package, driving all the way to the store, and waiting in a 15 minute line, the lady at the front didn't even assist me! She was more confused than i was and was of no help what so ever.

During the hectic holiday season, the last thing you need is trouble with shipping and returning. The amazing staff and manager at this UPS store location always go above and beyond to make my life easier and I’m so grateful for the extra help. Can’t put a price in that! I highly recommend this location.

This place is definitely OVERPRICED! If you are in the are in the area just go up the street to noho copy. 10 cents For a black and white copy $1 minimum vs. 34 cents per page here. DON'T DO IT!

They say they offer USPS, but wont give out the USPS flat rate box to ship in. Also, their rates are much higher than true USPS rates.

Never get a mailbox or do any business here! They don't deserve your business. I wanted to warn other people. I've had a mailbox here for over 2 yrs. They are very rude and have no customer service skills. The employees there can't complete simple tasks and have massive attitudes. Especially the manager there Lydia, who is horribly rude and lazy. She should never be a manager, let alone work with people ever. It's impossible to get a hold of the owners, but they seem to like very rude, lazy, and incompetent people working for them. Save yourself the trouble and never do business here.

Pretty standard UPS Store with cool little items for sale. They always greet me with a smile and most of the time if they aren't busy help carry boxes to my car. I have been a mailbox holder for 7 years now and the location they are in is perfect, as I am in the entertainment business and need a sufficient mailing address!

This UPS Store is awesome, always willing to help and go above and beyond. Pretty orderly store, but can definitely get hectic during the week! That just shows you how good these guys are.

It's great that the store is open on Sundays, but customer care is below average. The Hispanic guy with curly hair who wears reading glasses refused to track my package. He's not a good representation of UPS.

Definitely one of the most efficient UPS Stores I've ever been to. The star can be a bit hit or miss - some are absolutely friendly and amazing, others are a bit passive aggressive - but I always come back here for their fast, knowledgeable service.

Mail has been sent to my address there which was never put in my box. One tracked delivery indicated the time of delivery and the name of the ups employee who signed for it. I needed to show them this before I finally received my package.
I heard another customer complain about the same thing while I was there.
There is other mail I have been expecting but never received.
The staff is friendly but the service is unreliable.

Angeles was great. She knows what she is doing the manager should promote her. Angeles got me in n out quick now thats what i call great service I've been to other UPS stores and i dont get the same help and service like i did at this location

Sending out stuff via UPS on a regular basis. No problems. Closes earlier during the weekends though so it's not the same sched every day. The hours are as of 12/22/16.
