20The worst customer service I have ever had in my life. My wife dropped off a letter along with her packages for me while I waited in the car. She asked for a little peice of tape for my letter to ensure that the check inside would be secure, as the adhesive on the letter seal was ineffective. The guy said that she had to buy a roll of tape. So, I went inside to get my letter back because i did not want to risk the check falling out. He didn't want to give me back my letter. I get it, laws, policies, I can't get it back. So I asked if he could secure it for my own peice of mind and he refused and placed the letter in the outgoing mail box. We get in a huge argument which results in him calling police. He said I ASSAULTED HIM? ! I told him I had no problem waiting for the authorities. Called his buff so I called non emergency police and explained the situation. UPS who is hiring these people to work for your company. Never again will I choose your services and I am in utter disbelief how your employees treat customers.
FedEx Kinkos is on Sepulveda. Go there. UPS is terrible for services, prices, store hours and delivery. UPS will charge over three dollars to print a shipping label before charging you the shipping.
THIS STORE IS SOMETHING ELSE! THIS MAN DISCRIMINATED TO MY NATIVE LANGUAGE (SPANISH) TALKING TO MY PATIENT LIKE THEY ARE DUMB! THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN ASAP OR FIND A NEW MANAGEMENT. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! DONT COME THIS STORE EVER!

Wish I would of read the reviews before coming here. They are 100% accurate, wow just unbelievable. Go to North Hollywood way better service and they don't try to take advantage of you. I guess location does matter
The guy who works there is complete a.he rude to his customers and he charges everyone his own pricing for putting tape on packaging even though Amazon says no packaging needed.
He scams people.
The owner is rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. I asked him if that location was the right location to drop a UPS Ground package for return, he pointed out the UPS sign and said to me" do you see UPS? UPS is UPS. He should not have and represent UPS if he has no customer service skills. I will never go back to that store
They DID NOT mail the prepaid Zappos box I gave them. Over $200 worth of shoes to return and the guy didn't mail it. Refused to give me a receipt. I'm livid.

Manager is a sociopath: Impossible to communicate with, terrible attitude, totally unprofessional, and is ruining UPS’s brand. FIRE HIM PLEASE!
Very rude customer service with an antagonist manager. Go to another nearby UPS, do not go to this location.
Do NOT bring your business here, they tried to charge me a $5 “labeling fee” to print out a return shipping label for me. NO other UPS location has EVER charged me for this before, including the store on Ventura I shipped my package from after leaving. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE
This guy wouldn’t loan me a pair of scissors to cut my label. I am 100% serious. This guy clearly hates his life.
This is great place, I have been coming here for ten years and every time excellent service and value! UPS is already a great company and this location is fast and friendly service provider.

Rude owner here. I asked 4 inches of tape, and he said "you gotta buy a tape at $3.99" and it was absolutely rude. Really? I paid $30 bucks for shipping, and you can't give me 4inches tape? I never had this issue with any other store before and this place should be closed down.
Went into the store to ship something over, and the employees there are absolutely rude and disrespectful. They did not explain what i needed to do in order to send over my things. Never going back to this location EVER!
I domt understand hie this location is still opened. I when to deliver a package at 6: 05 pm and it was already closed when At the door and online it says that the closing time is at 6: 30 pm. Also, their customer service is very unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
Unhelpful, rude, and trust me we dont want to be at the ups store just as much as the employees dont want to. So make our life a little easier.
Totally absurd lack of service. The past month and a half every saturday delivery I was supposed to get came back as undeliverable because they didnt have my code. I've given it to them on several occasions and they just give me the run around over and over. Their supervisor Moses is a totally inept at speaking to people. He literally said I cant help you and hung up. Fire this POS and fire your saturday driver because honestly I'm going right up the corporate ladder about this. Good luck guys.
Came in here today to pick up some packages and told the guy at the front desk and he's like asks for my name then when I tell him he says it isn't there yet. Which is BS cause I say I got an email saying it's there since Thursday and also why should he judge if a person's package gotten there or not? My name is not very common and shouldn't be relevant to whether or not my packages are there! So he asked for my ID then gave it back and i got my two packages and left.
Avoid at all costs. These reviews don't lie. The owner (who has no name, phone number nor address should you inquire), is the rudest person ever. If I could give negative 5 stars it would still be too nice.
