My preferred store for the requirements of my pets is this one. Here I can find the pet food that I occasionally had a hard time finding. If you choose, they could also groom your animals. Additionally, if you're seeking for a new pet. They also have a large selection of animals for sale. Additionally, the space was really large.highly advisable

Pretty sad! Walked in with no greeting, paid and wasn't asked if I wanted a receipt. I usually go to Eagle Rock location and out of all employees only 3 have great customer service. Most of young employees seem there for a paycheck, maybe it's time to higher those with experience? Hopefully they don't head down same path as Pet Food Express, Petco, etc.only care about numbers instead of amazing customer service!

This place deserves all the good reviews. The staff are always friendly. I'd rather shop here than a big corp pet store. Shop local with unique, quality products for your pet!

I went to this store but knowing what to expect. It was nice inside. Typical things and prices were as I thought it would be. But, I went to pay and the last asked me if I was a member and when I said no she didn't even bother to ask me if I wanted to be one. She didn't even seem nice about it. Which is not good for customer service. When people are nice it makes me want to spend my money

An alternative to more commercial pet food specialty stores with great service. I always enjoy the portrait gallery while visiting there.

Love this store! It's extraordinarily expensive but you definitely get what you pay for.high quality and beautiful products.

Friendly staff, wide selection of higher end pet foods. Many different brands and flavors of frozen raw food. My cat will always eat better than me.

A bit pricey but it isnt your typical pet store.the girl working there wasnt very friendly. She seemed bothered and just going through the motions.
Tge store is nice though and there's a meditation water area with koi fish. Pretty nice.

Good selection but wish they had more selection of grain dog food as many vets are recommending to stay away from grain free at the moment.

Called before going to check if they have a hairball remover remedy. The man who answered the phone was very helpful. The store clean.
