I brought myself a watch, that was unfortunately to big for me. I call around local businesses to see how much they will charge to take off links for me. So my watch can fit perfect around my waist, a lot of businesses Are charging 20-30 bucks a link. Lucky I call the vault jewelers and said they do it for 10 a link. I head down there and was greet by the owner I assumed who welcomed me in. He took a look at my watch and knew exactly how many links need to be taken off. After couples minutes he comes back with a perfectly fitted watch around my wrist. Before I can even take out my credit card to pay, he shakes mine hand and said it’s on the house.

I hardly write reviews, but I must say this place is about customer service. They just want to see their customers happy.

Also this was my first time visiting this place and it won’t be my last.

I went to get batteries for my two watches. I had already done business with them before and knew they were trustworthy.
I was also concerned because the last time I replaced the batteries myself they died in less than a year. I spoke with Gary about my concerns he informed me that the life of the battery depends on the watch. When the batteries where replaced and Gary came out to give me my watches he refused to take my money. It may not seem like a big deal, but to me it meant the difference between good and amazing customer service. Gary blessed me with his generosity and made my whole week. He was kind and professional and I would definitely recommend them. 14/10

We went to purchase a natural diamond for my engagement ring. Came out with a necklace and diamond earrings as well. Excellent customer service. The jeweler and his staff made our experience an exceptional one.

I highly recommend this jeweler. Great customer service, attention to detail, and a fine taste in diamonds. Probably the most beautiful diamonds I've seen. My experience was exceptional. I went in on a Wednesday and told them I wanted to propose that weekend. I was looking for a specific ring that needed to be customized. They were very fast with helping me design the ring and rush-ordered the diamond and setting to arrive the next day. Thursday, I went in to look at the pieces and loved them. Friday, they finished the ring, and I picked up a gorgeous piece of work. Their customer service has extended beyond my purchase, and I couldn't be happier.

Gary is absolutely reliable, honest and knowledgeable. As an insurance agent, I've sent many clients to him. He's the real deal.

The jewelry is fine, however customer service is horrendous. This may be because I wasn't overdressed to shop. You walk into a place expecting at the very least a smile. They almost cringed when I said I was looking for a small birthday gift for my sister.

The Best in town. The owners are very personable and easy to talk to. Kelly is another of my fav in the store. Go see Gary, he will take care of you.

Gary and his team provide the best customer service. My wife and I come down from Napa just to do business with them.
