This apartment complex is beautiful! Thelma, Mike, Tyree and Carol are the best team ever, they always have helped me out with every situation when I lived there and made this place feel like home. Unfortunately I had to relocate to a different state due to my job otherwise I would’ve stayed there. Staff is amazing and maintenance is great too. 5 stars for the amazing staff there.

Visiting a friend who lives there. Nice complex, very modern. It's just so big and easy to get lost in the complex.and they have a lot of storage areas out in the open made from fencing materials

Great place for start a family, I like how many pool options we do have, I like how clean they club areas are, the pool is constantly clean I will love to we have a warm pool all the time but is good anyways.

This is a cautionary tale how an accident quickly turned into intent. Before I go into details about how bad the customer service was from 1 of the leasing agents in the office let me say a sincere thank you to Mike ***** (5stars to you sir) who was willing to course correct and to Carol the manager.
This review and rating is based around the actions of 1 particular leasing agent. My daughter applied for an apartment within the community. She turned her application in over a month ago and decided to go into the office find out the status. The leasing agents she spoke to told her the application had been submitted by the manager. He (TYE) said he would follow up with the manager and call my daughter with a status Friday. Not only did he not follow-up with her it was discovered that Manager Carol gave him the directive to submit the application for processing and he neglected to do so. Instead of him admitting he made a mistake he proceeded to blame everyone else including saying "it's not us it's them". This is where an accidental misplacement of the application became intent. He not only knew that he hadn't submitted the application to be processed as he was instructed by his manager he blamed everyone and anyone else to why he could not provide an application update. The leasing agent with his chosen actions proved that he could not be trusted or relied on. My daughter encountered this leasing agent in person 3 separate times attempting to find a status update. It was only when she came in and spoke to Mike was the misdeed and at this point, the malicious intent to not have her application processed was there a course correction. Mike was personable, and professional while course-correcting the misdeed of his co-worker. Thank you Mike for stepping up and to Carol for acknowledging the error and not making excuses.

Great staff. Carol helped me alot and she is so sweat and helpful and nice. I haven’t started living in this property but everyone have been so nice so far. I will update my review as soon as I start living there. The community looks really nice and clean.

So far so good since moving here. Nice community and the staff has been easy to work with. The only issue I can think of are the fire alarms. They go off quite often!

I really enjoy living here and rent was great for two years but then they increased it a lot. I hope they don’t increase it next year because I would like to continue living here. There is construction noise next-door but this is a great community and has good schools for children.

Amenities at the Verge are awesome. Two pools, clubhouses, game room, and full gym. Office staff and maintenance team are extremely helpful and accommodating. Tenants can be a pain sometimes but that comes along with large community living

Been a resident for 3 years now. Great location, great space, never an issue finding parking, two pools/spas, within minutes of Costco/stores/hospital, and a walkway that surrounds the property which is nice for dog walking or just getting out in general. Friendly & helpful staff. Would recommend.

Luxury amenities, large space, large roman tubs, gym, spin room, business center, trash valet, pet friendly, lots of gated parking, and cool tenants!
This place really has bang for buck. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Maintenance is on point and timely. There are monthly treats and fun things at the leasing office as well as four fire pits to chill and watch the sunset.
I think it would be a great boost to have gym challenges for prizes!

Beware of this place. It’s all smoke and mirrors. Yes it’s nice when you tour and move in but give it some time to see it’s true colors. Fire alarms go off at all times of the night, people don’t pick up after their pets, fly infestations, trash smells awful in the parking garage. Had issues with the toilet when we first moved in and took about month for it to get fixed, went back and forth between maintenance and a plumber. There are better places out there and offices who actually care about their tentants.

My husband and I have lived here for 5 years and have been extremely happy overall. We love the on-site amenities and overlook a cute courtyard.

I feel safe at verge apartments and love the amenities! I like being close to the golf course and being in the mission valley location is convenient!

We have lived at the verge for almost one year. This apartment complex has been one of the best we’ve ever lived at. The location is fabulous! The staff has been very helpful! We look forward to another year at least! It’s nice to live in a five-star resort

I've lived here for a few years. Staff is friendly and neighbors keep to themselves for the most part. I have windows into a very pretty courtyard that's strung with fairy lights at night. The gym and pool are both very modern, and there's lots of other available activity areas. Happy to be here!

Overall I really love this place. It’s very quiet and well kept. All the amenities are prefect, all the staff is very friendly! The only issue is maintenance staying on top of their jobs. Other than that 10/10 would recommend.

Been at Verge Apartments for 3 1/2 years and there are tons of amenities that make this place so great. Pools are amazing (lap pool is heated), grounds are beautiful and kept up. Trash service is a plus so you don’t constantly have to take to the nearest trash shoot. Apartment units are also up to date and beautiful.

Moved in earlier this year, so far loving the amenities provided. The staff is friendly and glad to assist with any issues. If I had to gripe about something it would be how much a walk from the elevators it is, but overall loving The Verge Apartments.
