20Do not live here. They are unorganized, constantly changing prices and adding money with little to no explanation.the staff is constantly changing. They don’t care about emergency maintenance request and will leave you high and dry and they definitely do not care. Save yourself the headache. If I wasn’t in a lease until August I would leave immediately.
Lived there for 2 months moved out immediately, lady under me kept complaining about me being loud when I wasn’t. Told the office, office told me to just deal with it or bang back because she does it all the time. Horrible management, who says that to a tenant? Moved out and was told needed to be cleaned in 2 weeks so I did that, was expecting my rent back, later tells me that they won’t do that. They just needed a couple of days to clean the place. Could’ve gotten my rent back and had the new tenant move in sooner. Just horrible management, was told the same thing from 3 people. Now being told it’s my responsibility yet they said so many false things multipe times. DO NOT LIVE HERE
If I could give a 0 I would my wife & I never lived here but just this week her credit got messed withy due to these apartments thinking she was a other resident my wife and other individual had different socials and middle names luckily my wife took action and will get it taken care of who ever is thinking of living here I say don’t do it sounds very sketchy over there also, when we arrived calling no answer & left voicemails! Also, we don’t even live in Fresno
DONT MOVE HERE. Beyond terrible place to live at, yea it’s cheaper than most in fresno but every month they find excuses to charge you extra fees and if you dont they threaten to get it sent to collections if you dont pay it within an hour. Very unprofessional and unorganized management.water always gets turned off because the same broken pipe issue theyve had for years. And no you wont get your money back with the deposit they will blame any previous damage on you and might even charge you for it! If you have tint on your window they will use that as an excuse to get your car towed bc they “didnt see” the parking permit and each tow is 400+
Don't live here. My unit got broken into twice. When I decide to move out I found a person to take over my lease. The front office told me when he fill out the app and get approved I would be good to go. They told me turn in my keys which I did. They did inform me that I would have to pay for seven days after I moved out. A couple months last they informed me that he didn't take over my lease even though they said he did.
Managing is wrong in every way all the way down to bribing tenants with cash pay to leave.apartment not maintained what so ever! They need to be reported for the way they manage
Unless new management does full renovations on all units the piping will continue to burst. The units will continue to be subpar. Old management were sharks and overworked their maintenance teams and relied on people being stuck there with no other options. Horrible experience
Things are definitely improving. Before this new management I wouldn’t have renewed my lease. I’m thankful things are getting fixed
I would rate this place a 0 if I could… I currently live here and want to get out ASAP.took a few months to get accepted and when I came they said it was just a college apartments and it wasn’t. I was told I was having one girl roommate and had 2 and one was a boy.everything in the house was either broken or disgusting.they don’t care to fix anything here because I’ve had multiple problems already and they just take their time.things are constantly getting broken into and random people are just able to come in because the gates are broken.we pay for an UNINSURED parking spot and they are trying to increase the rent and not fix anything.
Overall my experience here was okay but it was better once there was new management as they answer phone calls more frequently, respond to requests, and are quick. The only thing I will say is amenities are always closed and the gates never work and aren’t secure enough as they should be. Anything can happen so I’d honestly reach out to get them to fix it asap.
If I could give 0 stars I would there are a magnitude of issues but a few are but not limited the gate always being broken, no parking inside unless you pay for it, front office never and i mean never ever answers their phones, shootings happen here regularly, amenities always locked down or broken, maintenance requests getting canceled even when not completed, insulation so bad ypur electric bill goes into the 400 for using ac and much more do yourself a favor and stay away unless thisnis the onlt option you got.
Had a leak in the wall that left one of my two rooms unusable for 3 months and was never compensated for it and got charged for 2 rooms.
As well as going on 4 months now with a non working washer/drier
Hello my name is Mason. My experience at the victor apartments was outstanding. The reason my experience was outstanding is because this was my husband and I’s first apartment on our own together and the management team at the Victor apartments made it as smooth as possible. One person I would like to give recognition to is Brittney she always was there when I needed her and she always answered all my phone calls when I had questions. I will definitely be renewing my lease with them. Thank you Victor team.
Brittney is a helpless employee at the victor apartment. She answers the phone very rude and she’s just lazy, doesn’t want to help with anything or even try to figure out a way to help. She’s just rude, lazy and all of the above.
This was such a terrible experience. Scottie was very rude and made me feel incompetent when I was asking questions about getting approved. When I finally got approved and ready to move in my apartment was disgusting! The person already living there had multiple dogs and it smelled, the restroom had a shower pole falling out that I pushed back in and they said they’d give me a two bed one bath fully furnished but instead I was put into a two bed two bath which was more expensive. You have to pay so much and it’s very misleading please do not waste your time or money. I never write reviews but this was a beyond horrible experience and I wish I could give it zero stars. Every bad review given is completely true, please do not be naive.
The victor apartments denied my application and that was fine, but they added a 100 holding deposit fee on top of the rental application.
No water, no heat for a week, no electricity, no open amenities and flooded apartment with no notice and not even the bare minimum of help. So wildly unprofessional here when you waste so much money to pay rent. They don’t answer there phones or maintenance requests. It’s ridiculous.
I honestly wouldn’t even give this place a rate. Only reason why I gave a 1 star is because I am grateful that I have a roof over my head but for the price I pay in these apartments is so not worth it. Maintenance here is horrible. They take so long to come and fix something. Sometimes they don’t even fix it when you put in a request. They’ll just put down as “complete” in your request. Management has poor communication with each other and also with their residence. If you plan on just throwing away your money…this would be the place to be.
WALKED IN LOOKING FOR AN APARTMENT THE WEEK BEFORE SCHOOL STARTED FOR OUR FRESHMAN DAUGHTER. WE WERE TOLD THERE WAS IMMEDIATE AVAILABILTY AND TO APPLY ONLINE. WAS ALSO TOLD APPLICATION FEE WAS WAIVED. FLYER ALSO STATES APPLICATION FEE WAIVED. OUR DAUGHTER WAS STILL CHARGED AN APPLICATION FEE. WE THEN CALLED AT LEAST 100X TO CHECK THE STAUS OF OUR APPLICATION AND COULD NOT GET ANYONE TO CALL US BACK. I FILED A CLAIM WITH OUR BANK REGARDING APPLICATION FEE. VICTOR APARTMENTS RESPONDED TO MY CLAIM THAT THEIR CHARGE WAS VALID. I KEPT THE FLYER SHOWING APPLICATION FEE IS TO BE WAIVED. MY DAUGHTER WAS THEN CALLED A MONTH LATER RANDOMLY THAT SHE WAS WAITLISTED AFTER BEING ASSURED THERE WAS AN APARTMENT FOR HER. THANK GOD WE FOUND OTHER HOUSING FOR HER. THE STAFF AT THIS FACILITY IS HIGHLY UNORGANIZED AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I DO NOT THINK I HAVE EVER LEFT A NEGATIVE REVIEW ANYWHERE. I AM HOPING THIS SAVES AT LEAST ONE PERSON FROM THEIR LIES.
I would not recommend this apartment to anyone. My son and roommate were not even given 24 hour notice of a move in date, after dozens of calls over previous weeks trying to confirm a date. They were also told the were guaranteed a 2 bed/2 bath, that’s not what they received. Then parking spaces were assigned, my sons car was towed the second day. He went into the office to ask and they said he was parked in the wrong space. He pulled out the paper of assigned spaces, they said oh well we made a mistake. You still have to pay impound fees, $390. No offer to credit account. I’ve been calling daily since, nobody will answer phones. 6 messages left, no returned calls. Emails sent, nothing. I’m about ready to get an attorney. And the spaces he confirmed with the office, yeah he can’t even park in them because others are parked there and nobody in the office will do anything. Don’t waste your time on this place. As soon as his lease is up, he’s gone. I won’t even get started on the apartment they were put into.
