A huge thank you to Angel for providing such great service when tending to my maintenance request. He was very thorough in his inspection of my washer & also left the area nicer than he found it! Also, very friendly and approachable! Thanks Angel!

She answered all my questions regarding leasing renewal and all available options.

Exceptional Customer Service at The Residence Service Office
I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Ahmad, an employee at The Residence Service Office located at The Village. I am writing this review to express my utmost gratitude for the exceptional customer service I received from him.
Despite my untimely arrival after their regular working hours, Ahmad went above and beyond to assist me. His willingness to help and his dedication to ensuring my needs were met left a lasting impression on me.
Ahmad's attention to detail and patience were evident throughout our interaction. He took the time to listen attentively to my requirements and provided me with the necessary guidance and support. Despite the late hour, he did not rush the process, demonstrating a genuine commitment to helping me.
What truly stood out to me was Ahmad's professionalism and friendly demeanor. He never made me feel like an inconvenience, instead displaying a high level of professionalism and sincerity. His kindness and willingness to assist me in a time of need were truly commendable.

The Village is the best place to live, hands down. Great place, great apartments, and most of all great customer service. I worked with Bev, Majid and a few other residence service employees and they were all very friendly and helpful. Bev helped me navigate an intricate situation, supported me throughout my moving process and helped me save money. A fantastic customer service experience. Thank you, Bev, and thank you to the whole team at The Village! Keep up the great work!

Below any safety standards in Irvine, we stayed there for 2 years. One time I had someone drunk walk into my apartment at 4 am in the morning with my whole family in the house because of lack of security (guest garage has direct access to An elevator that accesses all units basically), another I had my downstairs neighbor threaten me by coming to my apartment because of what he assumed was noise (incident documented by email), another a stolen Car from Vegas was parked in our parking spot (again documented by email) and when we decided to leave we were charged with a huge bill for carpet replacement for a stain that could have been easily cleaned, they asked us to throw away the keys when we left then billed us 130 dollars for keys replacement (again email documented), the pools are always beyond disgusting on the weekends and have mainly people who don’t even live in the village. The residents guest services are beyond rude (they never reply to complaint emails again I have multiple emails documenting complaints with no replies), zero safety and by zero I mean there is literally a visitor garage that has direct access to an elevator to all apartments, over priced rent and zero respect to addressing residents. Rent anywhere else but Irvine company and specially the village.

Don't move here.

I put down my deposit for the apt planned on moving from across the county.
Was told I had to move within a center time frame, or I'd lose the apt. (After putting the money down)
Everything was approved and good to go. I put in my notice at the apt I was staying at and had everything packed up. Paid for movers and took pto for the moving time.
I was told 2 days before leaving that the apt had bugs in it. I wouldn't be able to move until 45 days.
They said I could move into a smaller place, and they would "allow me to transfer the lease. " Seeing that I would have to move again within 45 days, this didn't sit right with me.
They said the most they could do is give me a few hundred dollars for moving costs. At this point, I was being pressured to sign a new lease for a smaller apt I don't want and would move into another apt infested with who knows what.
So I decided to look at different places.

I was so excited to move into this complex, but with the bugs, the employee’s not being able to work with me. It just made me not want to work with the company entirely.
I had to pay to have the uhual longer, hotels, and additional moving fees.
Still haven't received my deposit or fees back.
(I was told it would take 7-10 business days)

I was told from multiple people not to move here. Due to loud noises, bugs, rats, break ins and management not being helpful. Even with people saying that I thought those would be rare situations. Unfortunately these are very common issues with irvine company.
Be cautious moving here.

Avoid at all cost! I strongly discourage renting from The Village in Irvine. Their customer service is seriously lacking, often failing to address or act upon serious complaints. They pushed me into paying unfair post-move-out charges, and their safety and security standards are subpar, with random strangers roaming the halls as their visitor elevator had a broken security access for the two years I was renting (which they had to fix after an incident happened and the police was present on premises), and non-residents using the amenities freely all the time. Considering their unreasonably high prices for the value they offer, I regret not moving out much earlier. Look elsewhere for a more reasonable and secure rental options that respects their residents.

Bev was an excellent help in assisting with both mine and Brandon’s questions and concerns. She has helped us in many different ways and in a very quick manner. She was flexible, responsible and responded quickly to emails, walk-ins, and phone calls!

I just wanted to extend my thanks to Angel in maintenance services for the job he did in my unit. I had come home to see my sink was clogged around 10: 30 pm and immediately called services. He was at my door 20 minutes later and was able to resolve the issue with no problems as it seemed he really knew what he was doing. I’m thankful for the quick response and superb job done! Thank you Angel!

I’ve lived here for a while and have needed support a few times from the staff at the office. Natalie and Jackie are always very helpful. They are very responsive to my issues and make the process very quick and easy.

I had the pleasure of experiencing truly exceptional customer service from Bev at The Village at The Spectrum Apartments, and I simply cannot express enough how impressed I am. Bev's dedication to providing the highest level of service is a true testament to her professionalism and genuine care for the residents. The apartments are also great place to live.

I am very satisfied with living at the Village Apartments for several reasons. The first that comes to mind is CONVENIENCE.

There is the Village Market right across the street where food and service is always great. Secondly, its nice to have a Starbucks so close by as well. Thirdly, if any lights are out or trouble with an appliance occurs, the maintenance folks are quick to respond and replace them. For example, list Christmas, my microwave failed to heat up, so a day later, they replaced it with an upgraded new one. I was so impressed!
Fourth, two hundred feet away is a world class fitness center. Fifth, within each of the four units is a salt-water pool surrounded
by BBQ facilities for large gatherings. These are constantly maintained. Several years ago, construction ripped out the old Delrey pool bottom, spa, and deck and replaced it all with beautiful tiles that gave the enclosure a brand new look! WOW!
Sixth, each day there is always someone working to keep up the place, so its just wonderful to have others maintain the grounds-especially in retirement.
Finally, every Thanksgiving for the past five years, Nacho or Salvador from the Village Market fix me up with a 20 lb turkey and all the trimmings. My daughter and family swear that these are the best they have ever had!

So, I suppose CONVENIENCE is the major reason for my satisfaction here at the Village Apartments.:)

But it is not just convenience. It is also the personal touch of the LEASING staff-particularly Bev in customer service. Throughout my 15 years here at the Village, she has always taken the time to make me feel like family!:)
