The Village at Vintage Ranch Apartment Townhomes, American Canyon CA

I am still very disappointed about the condition of the carpets in the bedroom as I told Dylan on the day of move in. I did not see the place prior to moving in, I seen it on the day of move in. The carpets in my opinion should have replaced when the tenants moved out. Instead, I had to move into this apartment that was barely even cleaned. As an African American, I felt devalued as a resident. I had the movers outside and no where to go so I just moved on in. Also the flooring in various parts of the apt.was coming up and I had to spend extra money to have the moving people wait for me to purchase cleaning supplies and clean the floors, and walls.

However, since moving into the apartment, the only issue I had was with my fridge needing a replacement filter that I was initially told that I had to pay for. The manager did take care of it and I must say, other than the dirty carpets and the floor tiles coming up in some areas, I am pleased with my stay here. The neighbors are friendly, the complex is quiet and I feel very safe.

The front office personnel is very nice. I have not to use all of the amenities, so I do not know about anything other than the workout room, which is nice. Thank you all for being so dependable.

The last time I asked for maintenance, I asked that the dryer door and the ice maker be fixed. The ice maker was not fixed. We also pay a lot of money for rent but we cannot enjoy our patio because of all the bird droppings.

Overall the experience was the great. Village ranch was a temporary home before we moved onto moving into a house in AC and it made the wait comfortable.

A wonderful place to live, but kinda pricey, I’ve only been here one month and I really enjoy the space and the amenities.very nice community, and dog friendly not to mention very close to Safeway and Walmart there’s a plant nursery across the street and the community is amazing.

It’s a little n the pricey side but what isn’t the Bay Area or California as a whole, but it was worth the price it’s a convenient area to live in with shopping centers nearby six flags is close by not to mention a safe a clean community and neighborhood the apartment I lived in was brand new and that’s a first for me it had a duplex feel to it but all in all I was satisfied. It’s just expensive so if you live here you might need a roommate for sure or have the income I moved only because of my roommates not wanting to renew lease but if I had a choice to move back down that way I would choose village for sure.

I love this townhouse! It's conveniently located, has great amenities-inside and outside. The townhouse is the right size with nice appliances included! The staff is friendly and very responsive. Great place to live!

The garage works will now. However when I contacted the office I didn’t get a reply back until 4 days later and the order took a couple of days. My garage was in-commission for 6 days. Inconvenient because of parking.

Staff is not very responsive. I have to track them down in person to get any information or answers for literally anything. Love the units themselves but they’re severely overpriced.

It was really wonderful for the majority of the time. There’s no real area to leave and store your trash cans and folks throw their trash in others receptacles. Some of the neighbors are too loud, play loud music in their cars or a motorcycle that keeps zooming around being loud. Its also loud because of the traffic noise on Hwy 29 as it is. People park where they aren’t supposed to. I felt fairly safe, but as we were driving out, a car came speeding through and almost hit our car and when we told him to slow down he literally jumped out the car and came towards us, like really … and his passenger told him to get back in the car, “and quit acting a fool”. It has gone downhill, which is one of the reasons we left the complex.

Absolutely loved this community, I moved in when they first was built and ended up leaving the following year due to relocating to Atlanta. I am now looking to move back and will be applying to move back here, the team was amazing and would love to call at village at vintage ranch home again.

Village at Vintage Ranch is a wonderful place to live! The maintenance staff address requests promptly and with a wonderful attitude!

Both of the leasing agents were welcoming, helpful, and informative. I was impressed with the floor plans, amenities & they are at the right price point we’re looking for. This will likely be our choice when we move.

I have lived here for 6 months, and I can say this is a great place to live. I really enjoy walking around the neighborhood as part of my exercise, and enjoy the trees, and beautiful houses along the way. The whole community is kept very neat and clean, and we are encouraged, when I saw the place I contact Amanda which is really professional and always there for us always smiling and hopeful, care about the residents and the whole community ‘thank you Amanda for your hospitality and your professionalism with us’ plus We are very close to nearby shops, and restaurants, and schools.
This really awesome place if you think to move space and clean!
