The Village Pup, La Quinta CA

Having people you don't know care for your animal is always a nerve wracking experience. This is not the case with everyone at Village Pup. They take the absolute best care of your dog (s). I recently had him bathed and my gosh, did he come back looking as handsome as ever! I love dropping him off there for a day away (he loves it too! I can't keep him out of the pool!)

They don’t accept ANY bully breed dogs regardless of their behavior and temperature: (my sweet gentle girl will miss being able to attend daycare and play with other dogs when we move to the desert I’m heartbroken. Looking for
a place that doesn’t breed discriminate!

Barklee has been going since he was able to have his supervised play time- he asks me to go - barking and getting his leash until I take him. He sits upright and knows the route he starts crying as we turn the corner as he know he is going and just gets soo excited. I only wish my kids would have acted this way. Would of made life easier for a working mom u won’t regret it! And know some dogs r just not up for daycare and that’s ok too

Honestly, I've not seen any other dog daycare/boarding place that offers as much as the pup. The staff are so kind and love each pup that walks through the doors as their own. They do their best to work as a team to make a fun-filled day for the pack.

As a Mexican woman I felt very offended and will not recommend The Village Pup to nobody. They pick and choose

I'm so anxious to get our pup in there. These people are just wonderful. They gave our girl a chance without us to interact with other pups and she wasn't happy. She just had too much separation anxiety. I really appreciate the fact that they want to make sure our baby girl is comfortable more than getting money.
We will be continuing her socialization and we will take her back. I think this facility is absolutely fantastic!

My 3 dogs have been boarding at Village Pup LA Quinta for 4 years. My dogs stay there almost more than our home since I travel so often. I love the staff, the groomers are awesome, my dogs can't wait to get out of the car when I pull into the parking lot. Just a great place all around. I tried the others in town throughout the years, this one is the best for boarding by far!

This is hands down the most fantastic dog facility for daycare, overnights and vacations. The staff are the kindest, sweetest and most professional, friendly and amazing people I have ever experienced. My dog, Ziggy, loves it and I do too. It’s always a happy experience when we’re at Village Pup!

This place is AMAZING! My dog loves coming for training or daycare. The staff is great and I can't recommend them enough

I am a local doctor and deal with patients on a daily basis. I called in to see if this place would be a good fit to groom my dog and found out immediately that it is not. The man who answered the telephone was completely rude and had a major attitude. If I would treat my patients this way I wouldn’t have any! When I suggested alternative solutions to their intake process he told me if I don’t like it there are plenty of other groomers around. Despicable service!

Best doggy day care ever! Go for an hour, a day or a week. Nothing beats the feeling of safety for my baby girl.
