The Villas at Rowland Heights

The gardener’s keep our area nice, clean, and trimmed at C102. It’s a wonderful place to reside. We’re glad the professionals are taking good care of our garden.

This mobile home is adjacent to the commercial area, and there is a golf driving range next to it. It is very noisy with people coming and going, and there are people of all levels and grades. It is very unsafe to live here.

The maintenance here is outstanding. They not only keep the grounds looking great, but for repairs they are come out and take care in a timely manner. My daughter and I appreciate that!

Always great service with maintenance team. These guys are busy 24/7.

Lou came to repair the garbage disposal system. He was able to do it in less than an hour, I was very satisfied with the prompt service the Villas attention to my problem. Thank you!

Mom discovered carpet was wet. Reported it to the office. Same day, msintenance guy checked the problem. Replaced the leaking water heater rightaway. By Tuesday after the holiday, carpet was changed too. I truly appreciated the quick responses to this issues. Although my Mom have a lot of organizing to do due to the changing of carpet (removing all stuff from bedroom/closet), it was great that the major problems were taken care of so quickly and without any problem. Thank you.

My friend lives here. The management company is keeping the place clean. Very expensive to rent.

Moving was smooth. Everything was very organized and ready to move into. I was welcomed to my new home at The Villas. Prices are great to. I have looked around for sometime. Beautiful Community to make my new home. Reamended!
