Worst customer service experience ever! The associate JAME is unhelpful as usual, she never has a solution for anything! Went in this evening and because their system to apply my $10 certificate isn’t working it says invalid I have to suffer for their own system that doesn’t work and can’t even give compensation like the other manager did! They don’t seem to care for the experience they give, this is a PERFECT EXAMPLE of why people stop going to places. Vitamin shoppe please have more visits to this store as a mystery shopper to see the experiences that some associates are giving because you are losing a clientele because of associates like this not giving a solution to the customer.

Excellent service employee answered all my questions and was very polite. Highly recommended.

Great service! I went to two locations, and the people were extremely nice, knowledgeable and helpful at both.

Consistently outstanding customer service given by everyone working in this location. This is one of my favorite places to shop.

It's a clean store and all but everytime I come here they always are out of the things I order online that say they have to pick up and when I come to pick up they dont have my item. It's frustrating also when I'm in the area and don't preorder and come in they a little more than half the time they still don't have my items in stock. Just a frustration coming here prob will stick to the further store from now on

Instructed by my doctor to get Barleans fish oil and instead of ordering online for delivery from Amazon, I went here because I live nearby. Ordered for pickup and got it, went home and noticed it expired. Had to go back the next day. They need to check their stock and restock.

Called to find out if my package was ready for pick up, they said yes. I pulled up, rushing from across town and at 5: 55 they lock the doors in my face and don’t pick up the phone.
