6The color scheme inside is awful. Made sitting there very uncomfortable. There was one server for the entire restaurant so service was very slow. Had to wait 10 minutes for a check
The employees here seem like they hate their job whether you're in the store or call in. I try and shop local but these employees push me to shop online.
James was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about his products! Great service as well
Horrible experience. The place had no customers and the employee couldnt even look up to say hi or ask if I needed. Luckily there was a Nutrishop a few hundred feet away in the same shopping mall. They immediately cane and asked me for help and helped get what I needed. Skip Vitamine Shoppe and go to Nutrishop.
The guy working tonight has a horrible attitude and awful customer service skills.
Not opening on time a Saturday is unacceptable. I also have had poor service at this location since the Departure of their last Manager.
The vibe here is; If you are going to buy something, do it. If not, leave. You will get zero help assisting to find products other than pointing fingers from behind a desk.
No greetings either. Wow.
