As it turned out, I wasn't able to make an online purchase from them, but when I spoke to the Bakersfield store, she was so courteous and helpful and gave me their # for customer service. Their customer service team was efficient, courteous and completely professional. I will absolutely try and order from them again, but not use Klarna.
