I purchased a pair of shoes with the promise of comfortable walking for long periods of time. I wore the shoes for less than a week before I began to have leg, hip and back issues. Issues that were so severe it necessitated a trip to a chiropractor for treatment. When I reached out to the store i was informed that they would not accept returns. As far as I’m concerned they made false promises. And when asked for corrective action they refused. I do a lot of online shopping and have seldom had this kind of customer service. Buyer beware! Back to Zappos!
