The Waterfront Beach Resort, a Hilton Hotel, Huntington Beach CA

I had a really great stay! Room service was wonderful and timely. Food was delicious. Rooms were squeaky clean. And valet was great too. All around an amazing stay.

A super clean hotel.

The desk staff are helpful and very personable. All guest services were prompt and polite.

We tried every restaurant (and there are many) all of which were underwhelming in the food dept. Which is sad as its not cheap.
Even when we ordered room service, the selections had missing items.
The little hotel store (stop n go market) is lackluster and could be better stocked with essentials.

The hotel staff, valets, room engineers, housecleaners however.are lovely.

Pretty solid hotel. Location is great. Pool is decent. Food and drinks are just OK. Annoying that the kids slides are open only from 11a-3p, and one day they didn't open it until 1230p. Valet fee is also on the high side. Their Wi-Fi was the fastest I've ever seen at a hotel.

Pay 1800 bucks for 3 nights during the week.and the waterslides arent open? Why cant we just go down the slides? Its not like the weekday rates are that much different. Some people have to plan around their work schedule. Why should we Get less ammenities

This was such a great hotel. Everything was almost perfect. Our room was specious. They only thing was it had flies in the living room area. We just opened the balcony doors and let them out.

Large property with good service. Would give 4 stars but remodels limited options and was noisy. Couple blocks from lots of shops and restaurants. Happy to return after remodel is complete.

Hotel rooms were clean and nice. My only complaint is the spa-During our facial treatments, the construction on the new pool sounded as if a helicopter was in the room. We also had one of the worst manicures we've ever had. Its a shame this was our experience with how much we paid.

Awesome, awesome, AWESOME! It was beautiful, clean, and the customer service was amazing! The views were extraordinary and the pool was beyond perfect for the kids; not to mention the hotel supplies beach stuff (chairs, toys, paddle boards, etc). The ONLY reason I'm giving this hotel 4 stars versus 5, is their parking situation and charges. You have to pay a $30/day resort fee (understandable), but then to simply park your car you have to pay $38/day? That's RIDICULOUS for hotel guests-$68/day is basically getting bent over. Talk about screwing over guests- it's "nickel and diming" to say the least. It's too bad really they feel they have to do that at such a great establishment. Oh well, I'd still recommend this place with two thumbs up!

Excellent service, but our beds were small and the rollaway bed we had to order because of the small bed situation was lumpy. The actual sleeping part of the trip was miserable. The hotel itself is beautiful, loved the pool & easy beach access. The hotel provided everything you need for a day at the beach. Chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, even a wagon to bring it all.

We visit every year and have a great time! Our puppies came this time and they were very much welcomed. The new spa is great and so are the new Twin Dolphin tower rooms.

We come here every spring and sometimes during the fall too. The hotel staff is uber nice, they are probably the most dog friendly hotel we have ever visited, and offer great amenities. Parking is expensive but if you just want to hang out at a great hotel with an awesome beach right across the street then this is the place for you.

Best service I’ve had in all Hilton Hotels I have Ever stayed. I arrive midnight due to a flight delay and from valet to front desk everyone was very nice and friendly. The room is flawless with a breathtaking view. I woke up to watch the sunrise and notice the cleaning lady was cleaning the glass on the balcony at the other tower across from my room. Then I looked at the balcony glass and noticed it was fingerprintless. My room was awesome and it was right on the beach. Thank you to all of your staff. I will definitely visit again!

We held a team meeting at this resort hotel and it was a perfect experience! We built sandcastles as a team-building activity, and it was so pleasant to see the ocean and waves from our windows. It really energized our team!

Fantastic property in a great location, the beach is across the street. There are several places to eat all within walking distance.

Beautiful hotel and location. Fun hula dancing show on Friday and Saturday evenings. Highly recommend the lounge or outdoor bar for a casual cocktail.

I had my birthday party here about a week ago. We rented a poolside bungalow suite, and it was amazing! The live entertainment was great, and the staff were very nice! I would definitely stay here again.

Not good anyone staying pool side in new twin dolphin be warned you cannot use your balcony as the air conditioning fans have the most horrendous drumming noise paid for 2 room double queen suite and cannot use the balcony.hotel has offered to move us to another room but r hey can be heard the whole side.of the hotel!

The location of the restaurant has changed. The atmosphere feels like being at a Denny's restaurant. The food is nothing to brag about. I miss the old Shades. I am a local but I wont be going back to this restaurant.

Staff is amazing. The waiters, waitresses and food staff are top notch. They constantly are moving and trying to accommodate guests. I highly recommend having the morning buffet and spending a couple hours at the pool.
