7 Nice place, some rough edges.
Kinda hard to judge in times of Covid. Golf course (Pete Dye) is excellent and beautiful.
This hotel is under new management, I believe as of April 1st. The service at the pool bar was unsatisfactory for a Westin property. Our 4 teenage kids had cash for shakes and the bartender was rude making a comment that they didn't have enough money, and told them they didn't have the flavor requested, but the next guest asked for the same flavor and was given no problem. Being Bonvoy members for over 10 years and traveling all over the world at their properties, never has our family been treated so rudely. Bartender had tattoos and sandy blonde hair and tall in height. I hope families who spend a good amount at these properties, are treated with the respect they deserve.
A good hotel for families with kids and golf lovers.
Some interesting features including a water slide, tennis stadium and an arcade with 4 duck pin bowling lanes.
Architecture is mid 80s brown desert style and the property is in need of a major update.
If you’re used to the likes of the JW or even a Marriott Vacation Club you may be disappointed.
Was gonna rate it lower but my kids said they really enjoyed it.
The resort has something for everyone and is kid and pet friendly. Enjoy walking, site seeing, golf, tennis, biking, eatting, relaxing, and the list goes on.
Beautiful resort. They go the extra mile to ensure a great stay. Great pools and amenities.
Westin melting down tonight! No rooms ready. Managers nowhere to be seen. Have enjoyed walking my dog for past hour and swimming while trying to protect my luggage poolside! And no one wearing masks.can’t wait to return!
Hotel area is big but in the middle of no where! I would not rate this hotel a four star hotel! Pool facility is like three star hotel.the pool side chairs and their seat pillow are dirty and old! Water slide is small and not worth of advertising! Hotel has no elevator.rooms are ok but not as nice and big as you expect from a 4-star hotel. I am not sure if I would come back here again!
