Theater View Veterinary Clinic reviews
11Have only had good experiences here. We have been fortunate that our pet has not had any serious health issues, but I believe if it did, our pet would be in good hands at Theater View.
Dr. Tim and his team are wonderful! Always prompt and kind on the phone, personable when dropping and picking up my dog, and they do great work. Can’t even see the scar from Dr. Tim’s work spaying my dog! I feel lucky to have found this practice.
Been coming here for years! Dr Tim bought Dr Laurie's practice, but still keeps the same home town charm!
We have been taking our dogs here for several years and have been so happy. The staff is very kind and accommodating to our dog that is afraid of going to the vet. Our dogs have received excellent care. The vets are always willing to take plenty of time to explain the dogs’ issues and all of their options. They are busy and routine visits need to be scheduled quite a bit in advance but they always make time when an urgent issue arises. We feel lucky to have our dogs in their care. We could not possibly be happier or recommend them highly enough.
The best. They cared for my dogs like their own and were great at explaining everything to me. My dog's teeth are Sparkly clean.
I wouldn't take my beloved dogs anyplace but Theater View Veterinary. They are simply the best! 5 huge stars!
Very satisfied with the veterinary care here. Doctors are very knowledgeable and good communicators. Same for vet techs and office staff. Reasonable fees.
They are very accessible. Even during the pandemic my dogs have been treated. Their process is very safe for everybody. I trust them.
Dr. Laurie is very good. She has been our vet for almost 17 years. We travel 1 1/2 hours so she can see treat our two dogs.
Dr Laurie Langford and Dr. Ameila Ausman are very good medically speaking. Vet Tech Mary Kay is good, and they really take good care of pets. However, the rest of the staff is disappointing and there is considerable turnover. Unfortunately this business has grown faster than they can support, and reliable help is hard to find and retain, hence the focus has changed from all about "how can we help you? " to "this is how we do things now" at their convenience. For example, your pet is having a persistent problem that just got dramatically worse. Previously, they would make every effort to help and see your pet, but now you have to call at 8am only to see if they can give you a lottery chance of being seen that day, otherwise, it's oh, well, call back tomorrow, or you are free to go elsewhere. Been a long time customer? Too bad because that doesn't matter to them anymore. Need a routine appointment? Better plan for it 2 months in advance. Don't like something? Have a suggestion for improvement? Don't bother telling them because they won't see it as an opportunity and besides they are too busy! The customer does NOT come first. Customer communication is poor: new policies are not published on their website nor sent by email to existing customers. If they don't like what you say or how you said it, don't be surprised if they hang up on you! Your business or support will simply not be appreciated.
