Came in to upgrade my cpu and needed an expert to help me out. He ended up finding an issue with my old cpu cooler explained why my pc kept throttling. He was very professional and very good price for the work. I definitely recommend this place and will be doing business here again.

I highly recommended this shop for any cell phone issues.
The gentleman behind the counter was very professional, courteous, helpful and offered reasonable pricing.
I brought in my badly damaged/broken screen.
He fixed all the issues with the cell.

DO NOT USE! Did not fix the issue and still took my $120. He said that all he did was plug in some cables, and if that’s all it took to make my computer work then I would have been happy to pay the $120. But it did not fix anything and he still took my money. When I asked for a partial refund he got very hostile. When I explained it to him that my computer was still not working when I took it home he called me incompetent and said I didn’t know how to plug in a cord. He got so hostile that he threatened me. What kind of way is that to run a business. He is not professional at all and acts like a temper tantrum little baby. I have very bad social anxiety so I was getting very overwhelmed and so I asked my mother to speak to him and he started to throw all kinds of personal insults at the both of us. Very rude man, I would not go to him if I were you. And I hope you grow up and learn to speak like an adult and control your temper. As a fellow Latino

Went in charged me cheap for a graphic card and labor (100). He fixed it on his screen, went home didn't work so I called and he said to bring it whenever I had the chance brought it he fixed and it worked at home. Cool guy and honest. Most definitely recommend him better pricing than other stores or little fix shops in the middle of the mall.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS!
My dad who is an elder is not so tech savvy and the owner of this business took advantage of this situation. My dad wanted to take my sibling's Apple Watch to get it fixed as the screen no longer worked (it was black). Since my sibling's watch and my dad's are the same color and style, my dad made the mistake of taking his own, mixing it up thinking it was my sibling's. His own watch's battery was dead, so it furthered confused him thinking it was my sibling's watch. My dad gets home and tells me the watch was "fixed", mind you there was nothing to fix about his own watch as it only needed to be charged because the battery was dead.
This guy charged my dad $45! I told my dad that he took the wrong watch and that there was nothing to fix about the one he took, so I don't know why he was charged $45. We understood this was my dad's mistake however what happened next is why this business is not to be trusted or recommended.

I was at work, so my dad said he would go back himself to talk to the owner about his mistake. The owner accused my elder dad to want free labor when that is not what he was asking for at all. He was absolutely rude to my dad using vulgar and unprofessional language towards him and disrespecting him. This is plainly unacceptable! Can you imagine your own dad getting cursed at? This owner is not professional, and does not provide good customer service. Furthermore he will take advantage of people who are not tech savvy. Again, we understand my dad's mistake, however no one should be treated that way. Plus he took advantage of an elder who is not technologically inclined.

Instead of working with my dad, he chose to be disrespectful, vulgar, and dishonest. Be careful, do not support this business. Check the past review prior to mine. It pretty much says the same thing about the lack of professionalism. There are so many great businesses that provide great costumer service. Do not settle for one that will take advantage of you while disrespecting you.

UPDATE:
Great! I'm glad your video captured how vulgar, unprofessional, and rude you were speaking to an elder trying to explain the situation. In case you need to read again, he brought you the wrong watch (which didn't need any fixing) and then came back to show you the actual watch that needed to be fixed (he took both to show you). If you took the time to listen and care for a customer, you would know what happened.

At no point what so ever was he asking for free labor. He was honest and explained the issue and if you had good customer service you would have worked with him, looked into the other watch he took and charged for the extra labor, but no, you chose to be vulgar and disrespectful. You were even giving him attitude for trying to pay you with a $100 bill.

Whether you live off or not of reviews is not our concern. Our concern is for the general population and to let them know of rude and unprofessional businesses like yours. Of course anyone who went through this horrible experience with you would want others to know, so they can avoid business like yours. Look into your video, watch yourself and how you behaved. If you still think that is the way to treat a human, let alone an elder, that is very concerning. Also, thank you for replying and showing your true colors.

Horrible customer service, brought my iPhone to repair the broken screen, the very next day the phone was not working properly I called the store the person said there was nothing they can do and no refund available smh! I’m ok with not getting my money back but at least do your job correctly instead of being so rude!

I don't know how can this place get 5 stars. I brought my android phone to get it fixed. The issue was the back of my phone was broken. When he installed the new part. He broke it and said he was going to have the replacement ready in a couple of days. I have gone at least 4 time and called several times.
They are hardly open. I wouldn't recommend it at all.
