I have been working for Home Care Assistance now known as Thekey for the past 5 years.
My experience with this Agency is a very pleasant one. I like how they match your experience and expertise with suitable clients. The Supervisors keep in touch with the Caregivers and ensure that the assigned clients are good fit. Additionally, they try to address any issues there are and ensure client is satisfied with the service given.
Their professionalism is exceptional. They no doubt have the best Caregivers and has some working with them for several years.
I would recommend this Agency to families looking good people to care for their loved ones. They are simply the best.

I've been working for 4 year in the key, the staff there are nice and friendly one of the staffing manager Akina Magpayo is one of them that will work around with your scheduled if you need a work and she is gonna make sure if your comtable with your work or issues needs to be resolve. I've been with other agency but the key is one the best.
