The staff is awful and break heppa laws every chance they get. I do like Dr Etner, but the staff. Especially the women appear to not understand their roles or the law.

I was cut for time on my initial evaluation, so I only received a partial evaluation. Of course this means I have to go back, and while I'm sure I'll be visiting regularly enough in the future it was still rather jarring.

Rude staff and terrible management. The signed consent forms didn’t show up on their end. And instead of them trying to fix it they tried to reschedule me two weeks out. I said I’m 21 and needed help and they denied me while having an appointment over consent forms I could’ve signed right there. Insanely rude and incredibly incompetent staff. Going anywhere but here.

Staff is VERY rude. Doctors won't help, DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE! They might make your issues worse.

Dr Gamble had asked “are you happy now? ” in response to a questionnaire I had taken regarding a potential diagnosis.

Would recommend you go somewhere where they actually cared about patients. Office staff always seemed out out when we called. I can’t even get into the throws of the negative rest of it. Just don’t start.

Bad staff, bad doctors. My doctor gave me new and sudden diagnosis after Ive gotten the same results from dozens of doctors. She randomly upped my dose without telling me before which has made me incredibly sick and hospitalized. And now they are denying me access to my medications that can NOT be suddenly stopped because I randomly “have” to do bloodwork after 6 months. Ive been on the same meds for almost two years and there’s absolutely no reason I would need blood work, but no one is answering the phone, no one will refill my medication, and no one cares. Overall terrible place and I would recommend going ANYWHERE else.
